Everything about the hotel was excellent. All the staff were very friendly, and the room was meticulously cleaned daily. The hotel has three jetties for snorkeling, and there were always enough lounge chairs by the shore. Periodically, staff would come by with ice-cold towels and spray scented cool mist, which felt very thoughtful. The restaurant offered a rich variety of food, and it all tasted delicious.

I searched for a long time, looking for a hotel with great snorkeling where I wouldn't need to leave the property. This place completely met my expectations! Six nights flew by, way too fast! Every day was spent eating and snorkeling, snorkeling and eating! We saw manta rays, lionfish, and giant moray eels during our shore dives... life was so leisurely! I'd love to come back again.

Excellent! The staff were incredibly friendly to Chinese guests, just like any other guest (except for the lady carving lamb at the restaurant, who was the only one who wasn't polite and treated us differently). The hotel environment is lovely, and it even has its own coral reef. The food was decent, and there were entertainment activities too. This is the best value for money hotel we found.

The front desk staff were really rude and unpleasant. However, the room, food, and snorkeling views were all great, and the other staff members were very friendly and would greet us warmly. They were also very helpful when we asked for assistance.

The food was good and varied! Local alcohol was included 🤯, but imported alcohol cost extra. We booked Club Rooms, which there wasn't much information about online. Club rooms offer early check-in, late check-out, and free airport transfers. There's also a lounge area where you can grab a snack, have breakfast, and from 6-8 PM, enjoy alcoholic drinks (wine, beer - Heineken, Stella in cans, bottled wine), fresh juices, and more. The waiters were excellent – not pushy, efficient, and friendly. Room cleaning was also perfectly adequate. On the downside, the Russian-speaking animation team was incredibly intrusive, something I've never encountered anywhere else. I wish someone would talk to them about the difference between suggesting an activity and practically begging and pleading for you to join. It's strange that they don't seem to understand tourists' personal boundaries… Water entry is only possible from three jetties, which is catastrophically insufficient for such a large hotel. You have to queue to get into the water and then again to get out.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend everyone to visit it.

Pretty good! The hotel is lovely and relaxing, with beautiful sea views! You can see lots of coral reefs and schools of colorful coral fish just by diving in. The water is incredibly clear.

Had a fantastic experience! The hotel facilities are excellent and all-inclusive, with three meals a day provided. There are tons of entertainment options, including poolside activities, water sports, and even a foam machine. It's perfect for those who just want to relax and stay at the resort.
