The front desk asked me to pay an additional 125$ as a nationality fee while my reservation was totally right and after I paid this fee I made a complaint the app will refund only 48$ only also the hotel made a mistake on the report i asked for a receipt the made it with 104$ only while I paid 125$ and asked me to pay other 20$

I paid extra because I booked through Trip.com. I thought I read all the details, but they still couldn't sort it out. The hotel couldn't give a clear explanation either. I was so angry that it ruined my holiday. I wouldn't recommend booking a holiday with Trip.com or staying at this hotel. I won't recommend it to anyone until I get a valid explanation. The agreement was not honored.

First of all, I'd like to thank the hotel management for the wonderful welcome from the moment I arrived. Mr. Hilal greeted me, and I'd also like to thank Mr. Mian and Mr. Ahmed at reception for their excellent service, and for the smooth room handover. Honestly, everything was perfectly organized. This is my fifth time staying at this hotel. My regards to all of you and to the hotel management for taking such good care of guests.

Good hotel, especially considering you have access to two properties. The low rating is due to the lack of a beach; you have to take a bus there and back, which ends up being an hour round trip.

Extremely dangerous for travelers. No safety measures for the slides; my son ended up in the hospital for a brain scan. Avoid this place!

Ac in public area need to change specially in restaurants theres many flies and ants in room and restaurant

The hotel is a masterpiece, but unfortunately, I experienced ****** from the staff. Drinks were served to foreigners and other nationalities by the pool, but when it came to me and my family, we weren't offered any. I had to go to the bar myself.

Despite my admiration for all aspects of this hotel, I felt a sense of unease every time I spoke with the front desk staff.

A very nice hotel friendly staff, location is great everything easily accessible. All inclusive is excellent with a different menu everyday plenty for all taste buds.

A great experience, the food was great as an all inclusive, the waiters went above and beyond. The chef was truly a master chef! The rooms were clean and comfortable
