Falcon Naama Star Hotel

The hotel has a convenient location and a nice reception area, but the front desk service is weak and the phone for service did not work. The food is average for a three-star hotel, and the room service staff are helpful. Overall, the price is fair for the service, but improvements are needed.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The overall experience was great, the hotel itself is well-maintained and comfortable. Thanks to the housekeeping staff, especially Khalid and Ali. They truly made a difference during my stay. They were always attentive, kept the room in excellent condition, and were available whenever I needed anything. Honestly, they are the best staff members in the hotel and deserve recognition for their outstanding service. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

i call it home at sharm elsheikh, location in the heart of the city, you can reach anywhere is mix 10-15min from beggin of sharm until end of sharm 🫶🏽 one of the best hotel to my heart, i want to thank everyone there from my deep heart for good guesting, bartender, housekeeping and all. would like to thanks mr osama for his nice food,one of the best cheif manager, i would like to thank Mr zakria for his kindness and also mr tamer for his nice service and respectful.🫶🏽 animation team is so lovely and friendly

The hotel has a good service and a nice swimming pool, good location but the rooms are old and no amenities in the rooms such as Water or tea.... also wifi is not working you much buy a sim card .

They used the dirtiest and most common trick. I arrived here to stay one night at the hotel before my flight the next morning. The next morning when I arrived to check out, they sent an employee to check that the room was in order. Of course, the employee sent a picture. If there was a break in the window, there was probably an old crack in the window. They claimed that I broke it. I asked them to call the police and the police came, and in the end I didn't pay for the damage. Think twice if you want to stay in a hotel like this.

Booked 1 night initially then made 2nd booking as fkight cancelled Very clean hotel, booked a double room, was spacious and big, strong water flow in shower Shampoo and soap provided but no tooth brush or slippers 2nd day hot water wasnt hot unfortunately. The hotel is a t minute walk from the naama bay tourist walking area that is full of markets and restaurants I pain about 30 gbp a night including breakfast which i skipped so cant comment on it NOT NOISY ! very busy Pool was very clean Staff were lovely In general this is a fantastic hotel for the price tag My only BIG COMPLAIN was the wifi For 2 days it wasnt working (work for 1 min stops for 30 minutes, i could even manage to check in for my floght because of it.. told staff said thr engineer was dealing with it but issue lasted the 2 days of my stay.. Thank you. The only EXTREMELY NEGATIVE
