Charmillion Club Aquapark

Staff are very nice to children . If you are all inclusive you still have to pay for icecream but it’s only 50 LE = £1 . The Indian restaurant don’t have much food you have to go up and get it. The Italian restaurant was really nice . The main restaurant is really nice aswell if you’re a bit picky with your food they have plain margarita pizza and pasta at lunch and dinner . The juice in the main restaurant is quite sweet . I had my hair braided twice because after 2-3 days the first time I had my hair braided it came out and I had it done again and it came out again . The adult blue slide sides are dry and you get stuck. Life guards are very serious . The slides life guards are very caring . There is around 7 adult slides around 10 baby slides 1 big swimming pool and a little hot tub. No food queues.

Very nice hotel, very clean and the gardens are kept beautiful. The staff who work here are very friendly and go beyond their duties to help in any way. The food is ok, not very British but you can always find something to stop the hunger. Drinks are also ok, all cocktails are made with sickly syrup mixes but the beer is good. Swimming pool is good, the water park is great for kids, teens and younger adults. Mosquitoes are a problem, we have jungle fever repellent spray, mosquito repellent wristband and ankle bands and a mosquito plug in and still been bitten a lot but this is obviously no fault of the hotel. Taxi’s to naama bay and Soho vary, some taxi drivers are asking for £10 when you can get a taxi for around £3 if you download the IDrive app. Overall I would return as the hotel and the staff are great.

Beautiful hotel very friendly staff great food and so much fun for the children. Everything you need is there. Beautiful clean rooms everyday good air conditioning in the rooms. Entertainment is great for the kids we really really enjoyed.

Family of 5. When we arrived we were asked if we would like to upgrade to a family suite instead of the two rooms we booked. We were happy with this. The third kids bed is a sofa bed but they make it up for you although this didn't happen until the following morning. Buffet and drinks put on for late arrival which was very kind. We stayed in room 1502 in block B15 right opposit the kids aqua park. Our cleaner was Mahmoud. He was super. Making towel animals for us most days and always asked us when we wanted our room cleaned instead of barging in. More than happy to tip him for his excellent service. Not going to lie the food wasn't great. They don't really cater for the English unless you're happy with chips and bread every meal. Be prepared to have people pushing in front of you even though you have waited ages. We ate out a few times. Highly recommend Arab Bucks a five minute drive in a taxi. Taxi was 400 egyptian there and back so just under £7. Bargain. SOHO square is well worth a visit. Gorgeous at night and a nice shopping experience. Nice restaurants. Camels at the entrance. Paid 400 egptian in a taxi again for a round trip. You can use the sister hotel 'sea resort' but only the beach and beach bar. If you use the pool they ask you to move to the beach sadly. They know by the colour of your hotel towel that you aren't staying on site at their hotel. Shuttle bus to the beach every hour. Gets busy at peak times so go around 8am. The fish were amazing. In the shallow part of the sea they were swarming around us. Never seen anything like it. Also snorkeling was fab. You literally step down the steps off the platform and are in the deep ocean. It took my breath away. I would definitley recommend the hotel just not the food sadly. It's the same in all the hotels in Egyot though. Temperature was insane. 40s every day. If you're a sun worshipper you won't be disappointed. Be on alert for what we called the 'towel trick'. The day before we were due to come home two of our towels were stolen from our balcony. We were charged for these on leaving. Another couple also had two towels stolen. Coincidence.... I dont think so.

We arrived on a late flight, drinks on arrival and buffet food had been put out for us despite it being closed for the guest already on site. We had 3 rooms booked but they were more than willing to change 2 doubles into a family room which was fab. Little mini fridge in the room which didn't stay very cold but was good enough. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels if needed. Pools were brilliant every morning they were washing the tiles down and wiping sunbeds clean. Lifeguards were so friendly especially Ahmed who was always at the top of the big slides and ibraham filling balloons with water at the kids pool. Pools don't open until 10 and close by half 5 and 6 for the other pool. Could easily stay at the pools longer but gave time to shower and change ready for dinner. The main restaurant always had an abundance of food, lacked on the British selection but you won't go hungry. Bar staff were brilliant and remember our requirements each night. Bus to the beach resort was easy but the bus does get very full. Snorkeling was fantastic. Overall we loved it and would definitely return just to see the friendly staff that work so hard. The sales for excursions and treatments were quite full on and would come up to you daily so need to be assertive with what you do and don't want and haggle on prices. Soho was fab in the evening. Old market was not so good but we went in the day.

So cute and professional team Kids area team is very kind I left my sons there and They made my son's happy because They made variety activities and toys and blocks and color, The whole staff are helpful We thanks for you for all things we find here

Brilliant holiday from start to finish. Pre-arrival: My children have severe food allergies. I e-mailed the Hotel and they arranged a meeting with the Head of the Food & Beverage department upon arrival. They cleaned all equipment, shared ingredient information and even made special dishes for my kids - amazing treatment. Shenouda on reception was also very kind and professional. Animation Team: THE BEST!..Sony, Donatello, Cristiano, Mai..everyone. They were incredible. My kids LOVED the Mini Disco's. The team we kind, caring, funny and always positive with great energy, great job! Food: A great variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, always new dishes and something for everyone. Fantastic desserts, swift cleaning and table setting, great mix of drinks and we also enjoyed the fast food at lunch time at the pool bar. Facilities: Never a shortage of sunbeds, lots of space, very clean and great gardens. The Aqua park had something for all ages, including adults and it was never too busy. Rooms: Spacious rooms, with balconies. Big shower & bathroom, Family suite had 2 bedrooms with television, one large bed and 2 singles. Location: Close to the airport, very convenient and about 20 minutes from the Old Market. Negatives: Mosquitos in the evening. We have quite a few bites, even with repellent. The Hotel did do everything they could, but unfortunately, sometimes nature can't be stopped. Overall: Fantastic hotel, kind staff, great facilities. Thank you for the amazing memories made.

It's best experience ever. Special thanks for the animation team for their kindness. Rooms well maintained. Aqua park is amazing and suits all the ages. Restaurant has a big variety of food and drinks. Hospitality is amazing😍. I recommend

Amazing holiday,super friendly staff,rooms were cleaned every day,there wasn’t much English food to choose from but we never starved there was always something..only bad thing was the mosquitoes our first night wme and my husband both got bit around 50 times..overall it was a fantastic holiday.
