From the moment we arrived, the hotel made a terrible impression. Despite booking a 'Neverland' room with a clear view of the waterpark and pool (as shown in photos of this room on ALL platforms), the hotel tried to put us in the cheapest standard room with a road view! We were told they weren't interested in the room photos from our booking, and that their system showed a standard room and 'Neverland show,' which was not mentioned anywhere in our booking conditions! After two hours of trying to resolve the issue, we had to pay extra for a pool view. The next day, however, the hotel admitted its mistake and, in exchange for a 'waiver of claims' letter, offered an hour-long massage as 'compensation.' Overall, though, we did like the hotel for its grounds, atmosphere, and food, and the beautiful sea was within walking distance. As for the downsides: cold water from the hot tap in the mornings; a lack of fruit variety (watermelon only once, otherwise the same old thing); in the VR room, out of dozens of attractions, almost nothing for adults; and some of the water park slides were not working. Also, only a couple of the evening shows out of five days were somewhat interesting; the rest of the time it was boring, just animators dancing on stage with kids.

Excellent hotel for families with children. There are plenty of entertainment options and activities. It's not beachfront, but there's a frequent shuttle bus, and beach towels are provided. The food is varied, with several restaurants, as well as coffee shops, and they offer snacks and ice cream at the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean, with everything you need.

Albatros hotels are generally quite good, so if you're looking for value for money, I can recommend this brand.

We loved the hotel!

When we booked our room (for 3 nights), we specified two adults and a 12-year-old child. However, when we checked in, reception asked us for a child surcharge of $585 instead of the stated $204. We were told we should have booked the room for three adults!!! This is specific to this hotel; we didn't know; it wasn't stated anywhere. But why three adults when we always indicate we have a child and select their age in the system? We ended up paying $360. Trip.com refunded the difference, $156, to our account. Incidentally, the operator responded quickly (we called directly from the app) and tried their best to help resolve the issue. We booked four hotels in Sharm, and this was the only one with an error with the age. Due to a glitch in the software, the hotel also made concessions. Mostafa Adel, the manager at reception, discounted the child's surcharge of $225 for all three days (we still had to pay the adult rate). We were given a luxurious two-room suite with a huge bathroom and walk-in closet. The hotel is very beautiful, with lots of greenery. The food is the same every day for some reason. But there is always fish, delicious and fresh – fillets, whole fish, cold-smoked. Ice cream, lollipops, popcorn. One of the restaurants serves delicious Turkish sweets every day, as well as a large selection of pastries and cakes. We went to the sea; it's a 10-minute walk to the Albatros Aqua Blue beach, as well as the bus (runs once an hour). There's a foam party for kids there. The hotel has plenty of entertainment: a water park, a heated wave pool, water cars, gondola rides, boat rides, bike rides, bumper cars, and a VR room. In the evening, during dinner, there's live entertainment near the main restaurant. There's also a mini-disco, an evening show featuring Mr. and Miss Hotel guests, belly dancing, and tanoura (a male dance in colorful sun skirts). We walked to the Old Town and Farsha Cafe; everything is very close. Entrance to the water slides at the neighboring hotel is from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can also grab a snack by the pools.

Great hotel, we checked in early, which was great. The hotel offers family-friendly activities: gondola rides, a water park, VR arcade games, and a wonderful saxophone show. Thank you!
