I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was amazing—from the delicious food to the excellent service and comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. The beach itself looked absolutely beautiful. The only downside was that it was rocky, but for those who love snorkeling or diving, it’s actually perfect! Overall, I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend it.

Simply amazing, I enjoyed every single moment in TUI MAGiC LIFE Redsina, this place is fantastic, the staff was all very helpful and welcoming, food is very delicious and varied, the room was amazing and comfortable. It was great hotel, just the check out process was very long and it took very long for hotel to check the rooms before allowing us to check out.

WOW where to start. Amazing staff and well run hotel clean and welcoming. Please can I start by mentioning the welcome you receive from Sobhey and his team. Very professional warm and friendly they all go above and beyond to make your stay as memorable as possible. Sobhey the front desk manager is totally professional and so warm friendly and a pleasure to meet. The bar staff waiters and the restaurants are clean welcoming. Big thank you to AbdelGhaffer and his team of chefs what a refreshing change they have bought to the food service and quality. To be there to greet guests and help in anyway possible with regards to meal planning and dietary requirements. The bar staff waiters are always smiling and helpful. Islam my waiter amazing and professional. The bar staff and management are always smiling and big shout out to the beach bar. Friendly professionals and excellent knowledge of beverages. The gardens are immaculate and the cleaners work extremely hard to provide very clean outstanding rooms and amenities. Thank you all very much I can’t name you all unfortunately but thank you for always making my holiday an enjoyable experience. The most beautiful hotel in Sharm El Sheikh in terms of cleanliness, service, treatment and food. They have wonderful food and the staff always have a smile on their faces. On behalf of myself and my family, I thank them all, one by one.

Great hotel for it's price, special thanks to Mohammad from the reception, thanks to him we checked in mich earlier than expected (we came to the hotel at 3 am and got the room at 7 am instead of 2 pm). Pros: - the rooms are pretty clean, as they've veen renovated recently - there's a "silent pool" where no kids are allowed - the food quality is pretty decent, if you come to the restaurant at the opening hours - good variety of drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) - aqua park - beautiful hotel territory - nice staff Cons: - while the rooms are clean, some of them still need some maintenance, for example our we couldn't fix our shour in a stable position - we got a room near the neighbour hotel, which had loud music till 11 pm - some of the hotel's visitors occupy sunbeds at the silent pool hours before coming there and the hotel's staff ignores this problem - if you come at the end of the working hours of the restaurant, the food quality may be much worse - mini bar is not included - (free) water in the room tastes bad - one free visit to a la cart restaurant and you should book your visit first - poor choice of snacks outside of the restaurant (only average sandwiches) I wrote quite a lot of cons (which I hope will be fixed sooner or later), but still for the price I paid for the hotel (1100$ for 7 nights) it was a great experience

I love this hotel!! It’s so clean, lots to do, friendly staff, and the food is good (the deserts weren’t so great they were just alright). My tips would be to bring a converter because only ONE plug worked and it was a struggle to keep my things charged 😆 Another thing is, I wish the waiters had table sections. This way 5 people don’t disturb your meal asking if you need a drink. It’s right on the beach!
