Jaz Hotel Group properties in Sharm El Sheikh

I really enjoyed the numerous activities like yoga, dance shows, table tennis, and tennis! Snorkeling required a $5 rental fee for equipment. The room was clean and nice. I also walked to Farsha Cafe, which took a little less than 30 minutes!

I'm so glad that I've chosen Solymar for my first visit of Sharm. The territory of the hotel is small, very beautiful and gives cozy feeling. I booked it for two days, but then decided to stay till the end of my holiday. The food was great, big thanks to all people who work in the kitchen and in the restaurant. The stuff of the hotel is very friendly and nice, especially Maher and Allah. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

The location is very nice as it faces the sea of Nama Bay and is within walking distance to the downtown area. There are many supermarkets and restaurants when you go to the downtown area. However, there was a treatment, but I think it is better to bring the treatment. I brought it with me so there was no problem, but 😅 The rest was very good.

We stayed for one night in mid-October. We really enjoyed the food; everything was delicious. We noticed the chef was always checking on the food. We liked that drinks could be poured into large glasses at dinner (especially beer). The staff was friendly, explained everything, and helped with our suitcases. The entertainment was good, and the group danced well. We didn't like the room; it was very hard to hear, and we couldn't open it. There was something wrong with the keys; we had to insert them back and forth a thousand times. It was also dirty. Early in the morning, all the sun loungers were already taken; it was mostly European. The pool was very cold and windy in mid-October. The hotel is fine for a couple of days. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to go to the sea; they have a shuttle to the Jas Belvedere. The hotel is a C-star, but the food and drinks are 4-5 stars.

The hotel fully met our expectations: The room is comfortable, clean, towels changed every day. The only thing, we lacked shoes and surprised the quality of bedding - it is all in the cottage and looks washed and old, but these shortcomings have not overshadowed our rest. Food is delicious: meat, fish, shrimp, dessert choice is striking. Service at the highest level - waiters are quick to handle their work and dirty dishes on the tables you won't notice. Thank you very much for a great rest! We were sorry to leave your hotel.

The problem we faced that our suite booked at Jaz Fanar Residence was to far from the entrance as both hotel Jaz fanar resort and Jaz Fanar residence they have the same entrance (we didn’t know about this until we arrive at the hotel) and they don’t have gulf car to transport guest so we had to walk a long way.

The hotel is overall good value. I didn't like the fact that there's not enough light in the rooms, and if you want to use any socket, you need to unplug these insufficient lights. Want to charge laptop and phones? No lights! One other suggestion is for food to be changed, in the 6 days we stayed it was always the same. There's some variety to the buffet, but everyday same choices. Staff overall very friendly and professional though. Private beach a big plus. Would still return

I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights. Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible. When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was amazing—from the delicious food to the excellent service and comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. The beach itself looked absolutely beautiful. The only downside was that it was rocky, but for those who love snorkeling or diving, it’s actually perfect! Overall, I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend it.
