The overall environment is really good, the room is a bit poor, but it is worthy of the price, and the hotel's sanitation is very good. There was a shower on the day I went there, but the rain didn't stop quickly, and the hotel staff immediately dealt with the water in the aisle. I really like it , I originally booked for one night, which included dinner and brunch the next day, but we arrived at 1:00 noon, but the front desk asked us to eat before checking in. It was really considerate, and we went that afternoon After leaving the Cliff Cafe, it was already 9:00 p.m. when we returned to the hotel. Normally, we would have missed dinner, but the hotel still delayed dinner until 12:00 p.m., so we really realized the freedom of the schedule. Like it! Drinks are included, so you can take your favorite drinks and cocktails whether you are in the room, on the beach or at the pool. My husband likes the outdoor gym very much. It is really amazing to see the spring in the garden and exercise with iron! By the way, the beer in the hotel is delicious, and it’s free, very nice~ I don’t know if it’s because of Sharm El Sheikh’s special geographical advantages, this cliff-like hotel and beach are really a good visual feast, try it next time This hotel, but this hotel can really come again next time, my husband said that this hotel is very good choice
I had in issue with check in process , the guy at the reception told me that my reservation is for European people with discount of 20% . So he asked to pay the difference I reject to pay any extra piece other than the total in my reservation. The check in took from me 1 hour I would not recommend this resort and I probably won’t come back to this resort ever
1. The location of the hotel is convenient, close to the airport, but there are nuances - the area itself is huge, you will not walk, with all the entertainment located in one place and you will likely live in the villas. In general, to the pool with restaurants that to the sea you need to go. And to the sea with transplant.
2. I wasn't in the season and there was a lot of free space, as a result I was set in a villa, like it's all yours - choose where you want to live. At first I was glad, but then it turned out that the magnetic keys in it didn't work, I tried to make 8 different keys, but not one of them didn't work. As a result I found one room in the house that on the usual key was closed and lived in it. True there was almost no water, but do we remember that I live in the villa? I found another room where the shower worked normally, as a result I lived in one room, washed in another:)
3. Food is normal normal food for hotels in Egypt or Turkey, not bad
4. Alcohol is local, within the framework of all inclusive only until 12 nights, further for money
5. The beach is a convenient entrance, but there is something worth getting cleaned up
Total: The hotel has a right to live, but the imhoe should cost about half, at least until a major repair is carried out.
The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I could watch the sunrise right from the balcony, and the room service was excellent. It felt just like home, with no awkwardness of being in a foreign country. The environment was beautiful, truly beyond words. I just wanted to relax here, eating, drinking, and strolling around every day. All meals and drinks were free, and there were service points just a few steps away. The beach was stunning, the pool was very clean, and every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine. This hotel is highly recommended! 😄
It was an incredibly wonderful holiday. First of all, it was our first time in Sharm, so I'd like to share some detailed information, and thanks to these reviews, I was able to decide on a hotel, and I'm glad I did. Sharm is a great place for a hotel holiday. It's surrounded by hotels like Antalya's Belek, and having a beach is an advantage. Other hotels have transfers, which means chasing shuttle times. Having a beach was a real plus. The sea was beautiful, allowing you to swim with colorful fish and avoid having to go on diving routes to explore the reefs. Special thanks to Ahmed at the beach bar. He prepared and served our drinks every day with incredible care and attention, and always helped us with his pleasant conversation and smiling face. Also, many thanks to Ahmed for making the sandwiches on the beach. Yes, half of Sharm is Ahmed, the other half is Muhammed. :) By the way, the entire staff was incredibly dedicated and friendly, thank you to everyone. The rooms need some maintenance, but I think the breakfast was adequate. The beds were firm, but strangely enough, I woke up feeling very rested and without back pain. The bathrooms could use a bit of updating. That's the only minor issue with the hotel. Of course, since cleanliness is more important to me than its newness, it didn't seem like a big deal. When I went to Sharma, I reviewed reviews of many hotels, and they all complained about the food, spices, etc., so we didn't go with high expectations. While we thought we'd be satisfied with the food, this was what surprised us the most. The food was incredibly good. Of course, there's also the added bonus that all the hotel's à la carte restaurants, except for Japanese cuisine, are available at no extra charge, with a reservation the evening before. The à la carte restaurants were incredible, so we ate à la carte all but one evening. We spent two evenings in particular on Lebanese cuisine, and it was beyond wonderful. The food is very close to Eastern Anatolian cuisine, and the chef is incredibly talented. You should definitely try it. A special thank you goes to Mohammed El Sayed at Lebanese Kitchen, whose smiling face, gentlemanly demeanor, and kindness made him so hospitable that we experienced a uniquely Lebanese flavor. I've never written a review this long, but we loved Sharm and the Egyptians' hospitality. I hope these comments are enlightening for you.
