Tru by Hilton Sharonville Cincinnati

The reception lady at night was a bit rude. Hotel is nice, spacious, and renovated. Too much noise at night from the highway. Breakfast lady was super nice!!

The room was very clean as well as the public areas that we hung out at. I was really impressed with the breakfast. So many choices. Cereal, yogurts, chessey eggs, bacon, pancakes, bagels and more. The staff were really nice too. I'll definitely stay there my next visit to Cincy which will probably be next month.

The room was nice and clean but the staff is what I had an issue with. When checking in I wanted to add late check out, she told me the price but could not answer my question about how late is it. Than when we added it to my bill she saw I used a 3rd party and made a big deal about it. Than we had housekeeping come into our room at 6am. She knocked once and just walked in. My husband sat up and said, oh im sorry we didnt put the do not disturb sign up. She than said well thats how we do things here and left. I had the impression that housekeeping doesnt come unless asked the night before. We did not ask for them so I was suprised they even knocked.

Room was very small. Fridge did not get cold, no microwave or coffee maker. Pillows were horrible. My neck was on fire the next day. My reservation was canceled and I had to make a new one when I got to the property. Not the best experience. Room was clean.

Clean, as it always is. I’ve been staying there since it was built. Time to replace the towels! Clean but getting mighty stiff.
