The reception lady at night was a bit rude. Hotel is nice, spacious, and renovated. Too much noise at night from the highway. Breakfast lady was super nice!!

The room was very clean as well as the public areas that we hung out at. I was really impressed with the breakfast. So many choices. Cereal, yogurts, chessey eggs, bacon, pancakes, bagels and more. The staff were really nice too. I'll definitely stay there my next visit to Cincy which will probably be next month.

Everything about the hotel was great. Bathrooms were amazing, pillows were amazing along with the room and the area is definitely save for young adult women as well! The only issue I had is this seems like a hotel sports teams/ younger big groups of children stay at so up until about 1am they were doing either gymnastics or jumping or running around the hotel which kind of ******. but it’s nice to find a place for young women to stay and feel safe. breakfast was great too!
