Friendly staff, comfortable stay in Sheffield. The room had everything you need, quite spacious room. Tea, coffee, hairdryer, iron, fan. It was very clean. Thank you!

very nice cleav hotel stayed here many times recently its got everything you need and on this stay the management went above and beyond and upgraded us to a superior king room for nothing exceeds expectations

Arrived into a very dusty room, with somr lights not workkng, and the bsghroom not cleaned properly. Tridd to pay cash and advised it was card only, but not signage advising of this. Didnt svail of breskfast ad trying to charge children ftom the age 10 as adults.

Everything great !!! Apart from heating not working so was cold all night! Reported and can only be dealt with by means of full refund. Awaiting response from Hotel.

Requires , up date eg how do I communicate with guests in rooms if trapped in the event of a fire. What actually is the correct process . Maybe update the signage to be more informative To much small print . Emergency lights on exit areas not illuminating walkways nearly fell . Suppose these things happen

Greeted by very friendly staff upon arrival. Was pleasantly surprised to find that u had been upgraded to one of their business class rooms. Very spacious room with lots of complimentary treats. Great value for money and in a pleasant location. Would stay here again!
