Alice Yinying City View Apartment (Qingnian Street Color TV Tower)

I'm a returning guest, and I always stay here whenever I visit. The owner is very friendly and provides excellent service. The room is spotless, tidy, and has no strange odors. Plus, there's a night market right downstairs, which is a foodie's paradise!

The owner was so kind! My flight arrived really late, but they still checked me in during the night and even gave me a free room upgrade. There was a small issue during my stay, but the owner quickly helped resolve it. It was my first time staying in a serviced apartment, and for the price, the quality and service were definitely worth it. Plus, there's a morning market downstairs, which is very convenient.

Staying here for my trip to Shenyang was a great choice. The room was very spacious, and the sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases were all immaculately clean and odorless. The shower water was nice and hot, very comfortable. The room also had a fantastic view, which was lovely to look out from! The price was also reasonable, and it's super convenient, located in downtown Shenyang, just a five-minute walk from the subway station. Getting to the Palace Museum and Middle Street was a breeze!

The room's location is excellent, right near the Youth Park subway station and inside the Caidianta Night Market. It's incredibly convenient with both morning and night markets nearby. The owner is very welcoming, and the room itself is clean and tidy, like a hotel-style apartment. It's really good! You can take the subway directly from the airport, or go to Beiling Park, and the Nanfeng Grand Theater is right outside. It's all excellent.
