She proactively contacted me before check-in to understand my needs in detail and arranged a high-floor city view room for me in advance, which had an amazing view. The check-in process was efficient and friendly; she patiently answered all my questions and thoughtfully recommended local Shenyang delicacies and sightseeing routes, making me, a first-time visitor, feel incredibly welcome. Throughout my stay, Alisa constantly checked in on my experience, proactively bringing welcome fruits and comforting tea. When a minor issue arose, she coordinated a quick and excellent resolution immediately. Her service was attentive yet unobtrusive; every detail showed her dedication. From check-in to check-out, I felt respected and cared for the entire time. The hotel boasts an excellent location, complete facilities, and clean, comfortable rooms, but Alisa's service was truly the biggest highlight. She exemplified Hilton's hospitality with her professionalism and sincerity, making my trip to Shenyang exceptionally pleasant.
