Had a great stay here! They upgraded my room for free, and the breakfast spread was fantastic with lots of variety. The gym and pool were also excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Alisa's service was also very thoughtful!

Due to work, I frequently stay at this hotel, and the experience is consistently great. A special thanks to Alisa, who always manages to get me my preferred room. I particularly love the street-facing rooms with a view of the bustling Youth Street; it gives off a Beijing CBD vibe, and the expansive view is very soothing. The toiletries provided are from a brand I really like, and they feel wonderful to use. The hotel's breakfast quality is outstanding, with a rich and delicious spread. The rooms are well-maintained, and the overall service is thoughtful and meticulous. The convenient location makes it perfect for long business trips. It's my top choice when staying in Shenyang.

Not far from the airport, the hotel is conveniently located with many shopping areas downstairs. It's easy to get around, and the room was clean and tidy. Overall, it's quiet and suitable for a good rest.

It's just a few minutes' walk to the City Library Station on Metro Line 2, which offers easy access to Shenyang Station, Shenyang North Station, and popular attractions like Middle Street and the Shenyang Imperial Palace. Major shopping malls like MixC and Kerry Center are also right next door, making dining, shopping, and entertainment a breeze. Whether you're here for leisure or business, the location is truly hassle-free. The hotel lobby is grand and airy, with a modern, high-end design that creates a fantastic ambiance. My room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for peaceful rest. The bathroom facilities were complete, with consistent hot water and quality amenities. Plus, from my high-floor room, I could enjoy stunning night views of Shenyang – a truly satisfying stay. I want to give a special shout-out to Diana. She assisted me with check-in, and her attitude was warm, friendly, and incredibly polite. The check-in process was efficient and smooth, with no long waits. She meticulously explained the hotel's facilities, breakfast times, and offered helpful suggestions for getting around. Any questions I had were answered patiently and in detail. Her service was professional and thoughtful, and I could feel the genuine care in every detail, making me feel truly at home. From the excellent location and hardware facilities to the outstanding staff service, my entire stay was incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel whether you're visiting Shenyang for tourism or business. I'll definitely choose the Hilton Shenyang again on my next visit!

I have to give a special shout-out to Alisa, the Business Manager. You can tell she's worked for top-tier international brands; she has a unique knack for understanding customer needs and providing thoughtful, non-intrusive service. Interacting with her was a truly comfortable experience! The hotel's facilities are a bit dated overall, especially the lack of delivery robots. While I was very satisfied with the staff's service, the hardware is just mediocre.

Hilton is consistently great, as always. The front desk staff, especially the pretty lady with an English name, provided excellent service. The delivery robot was quick to bring our takeaways, which was a nice touch. The gym is convenient for a quick workout, and breakfast was decent, although I feel it's not as varied as it used to be, haha.

Not bad, quite good value for money. Better than the Hilton I booked in Harbin. I booked two rooms, traveling with my mom and son. It's also very close to a bathhouse called Sun Valley.

Traveling with two adults and two children during the summer vacation, two rooms were too many, and one room wasn't enough. This Hilton room type was perfect; adding an extra bed fit just right. It was quiet and clean, and the breakfast was also good; I especially loved the freshly made waffles 🧇.

Alisa was incredibly enthusiastic and thorough during check-in, patiently verifying my information, meticulously answering all my questions, and thoughtfully arranging a suitable room type for me. The entire process was efficient and smooth. While relaxing in the Executive Lounge, Sherry provided attentive and thoughtful service, proactively making my favorite coffee. Her demeanor was gentle and kind. The lounge itself was quiet and elegant, with pleasant city views from the window, and the hotel's overall facilities were excellent. Both staff members excelled in their respective roles, enhancing my stay with their genuine service. This trip was very comfortable, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Shenyang.
