Maijian Hotel (Shenyang Convention and Exhibition Center Sports College South Station Branch)

This was my first stay at this hotel. I noticed it opened in 2024 and featured modern decor, so I booked two rooms. The front desk staff were exceptionally thoughtful; I accidentally left an item behind, and they not only called me but also helped arrange for it to be mailed back to me. The room features a wet/dry separation bathroom design, which is convenient and prevents crowding. The bathroom amenities are also very comprehensive; disposable toilet seat covers and razors are available upon request from the front desk. The room size was adequate, and there was no unpleasant new-renovation smell. Check-in was also swift. I stayed for two days, and the room was meticulously cleaned daily. It offers excellent value for money at a reasonable price. I will definitely choose to stay here again for future business trips.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Sujiatun, Shenyang, thanks to its convenient location. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Plus, there are tons of great eateries nearby. The price is really affordable too. Definitely highly recommended!

I booked a Deluxe King Room. While not a true corner room, there was a small adjoining room right next to it. The room itself was excellent, with no unpleasant odors; in fact, a pleasant fragrance filled the air upon entering. The bedding was clean and comfortable. With a large bed, a coffee table, and a spacious sofa, the room felt very cozy and was perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The bathroom was well-equipped with towels, bath sheets, and even shower slippers. I had provided my contact details beforehand, so getting the invoice later was a quick process with a direct call. The front desk service was also great, and check-in was very fast. They even had a small ice machine at the front desk, along with complimentary sour plum drink (Suanmeitang), which was a refreshing touch, especially good for summer.

Excellent value for money, although the room and TV were a bit on the small side. The location is very convenient, with plenty of BBQ stalls nearby, and parking is also easy. Just make sure to go early for breakfast, as items tend to run out quickly.

The room was quite spacious and reasonably priced. While it's a bit far from the city center, there's a subway station approximately 5 kilometers away. Parking is available on the 4th floor, and there's a complimentary parking area. The service was excellent. It's also very convenient to order McDonald's nearby, with robot delivery.

I booked this hotel for a colleague who was on a business trip to Shenyang. The hotel itself was decent. However, the parking situation is quite inconvenient, especially for new drivers. You have to drive up a steep ramp to get to the parking garage, and exiting down the ramp is just as tricky. It would be a huge improvement if ground-level parking were available!

Third, **nearby amenities**: There are numerous dining options available, with many right on the ground floor. Ordering takeout is also incredibly convenient. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

We booked this hotel for our child's training. Despite rooms being in high demand, we had a very comfortable stay. The hotel service was excellent, and the beds were incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. For extended stays, housekeeping diligently cleaned our room daily. There are some great restaurants nearby, and a 24-hour supermarket, which was incredibly convenient. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around; it's very close to Shenyang South Station, just a 10-minute taxi ride away. We'll definitely be staying here again! We loved the outstanding service and the fantastic value for money.
