JI Hotel (Shenyang Zhongjie Huaiyuanmen Subway Station)

Excellent service, highly recommend. The room setup is great, the location is perfect, and it offers good value for money.

Facilities: Not good. The shower leaks water all over the bathroom floor, and even when I hadn't showered during the day, water would seep out around the toilet. I had to call the front desk late at night to deal with it. They asked if I wanted someone to fix it tomorrow, but then said it wasn't necessary and just removed the floor drain. Cleanliness: Okay. Environment: It's by the road, so it can be a bit noisy. Service: Not great. The front desk staff felt cold and unwelcoming. The cleaning staff even dropped my phone from the counter while tidying up, but luckily the screen didn't crack, so I didn't say anything.

Very comfortable, I'll definitely come back next time. The facilities are comprehensive, and the location is excellent, right near Zhongjie. The price is reasonable, offering great value for money. The hygiene, environment, and service are all very good!

They upgraded my room for free, and were incredibly patient and helpful with multiple deliveries and shipments. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is fantastic. You can walk to the Forbidden City and the Marshal's Mansion, and there's a great BBQ place right outside. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, right near the Forbidden City, just a few minutes' walk away. The staff were very warm and attentive 👍, and while the breakfast selection wasn't huge, the quality was good.

The location is fantastic, very close to the Forbidden City, Zhongjie Street, and Marshal Zhang's Mansion. The service is excellent, and I really love the simple and clean style of Hanting (All Seasons).

I chose this hotel because my only destination in Shenyang was the Shenyang Imperial Palace. Firstly, being a chain hotel, it's pretty reliable. It was renovated about 1-2 years ago, so the facilities are still quite new and there are no strange smells. Secondly, it's genuinely close to the Imperial Palace; it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Daqing Gate. Thirdly, it's also near Zhongjie Street. You can leisurely stroll back to the hotel from Joy City, exploring Zhongjie along the way. Fourthly, it's very close to the subway station, specifically exit B of Huaiyuanmen Station, just across the road. This makes getting around super convenient. The only downside is that exit B doesn't have an escalator, which isn't ideal if you're carrying large luggage.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. It's within walking distance of major attractions. The service was good, and they were helpful in resolving issues. The only downside was the breakfast, which had limited options and couldn't cater to diverse preferences.

The service was exceptionally good, very friendly and attentive. I scanned a QR code to provide feedback that the mattress was too firm, and they immediately brought two extra duvets. The room temperature was also very warm and comfortable.
