HanTing Hotel (Shenyang Dongzhongjie Subway Station Laolongkou Tourist Scenic Area)

Environment: The room had a strong, pungent odor, which didn't dissipate even when I wasn't there during the day, even opening the window for ventilation. Service: There was a lady at the front desk who helped with the self-service laundry; I give her 5 points. Cleanliness: I wonder if the cleaning lady is new; there were black footprints in the cleaned bathroom, and they didn't provide tea bags or tissues. Amenities: The bathroom layout had the toilet and toilet paper holder practically touching each other. I wonder who designed this.

The hotel was very clean, with a rich breakfast, free coffee, tea, candy, tissues, and more. The environment was very clean and comfortable. The staff were clearly professionally trained, with sweet smiles, gentle voices, and expert work procedures. The most heartwarming moment was when I accidentally brought my room card back with me and contacted the hotel manager to return it, but he said he'd keep it as a souvenir. That room card became a heartwarming memory of my business trip.

The room was very quiet and I slept very comfortably. Although it was newly renovated, there was no smell and it was very clean. They also changed our room and gave us a small gift when we left. The housekeeping was also done in a timely manner. The front desk service is also very good. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay.

酒店位置好找，距離大悦城很近，有自己的停車場，自駕很方便，3.2版的漢庭無論設施環境服務都無可挑剔，完全可以放心入住 ，有洗衣機烘乾機，免費咖啡，瓶裝水供應很大方，退房離開時前台還貼心的讓帶兩瓶水路上喝，前台的幾個小姑娘特別貼心，幫助排隊洗衣服，烘乾的衣服一件一件都疊好，用洗衣袋裝好，放在洗衣房。
