This place offers incredible value for money! It's so much better than a budget hotel. The room is spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, and all the amenities you could need are provided. Plus, the location is really convenient. It's clean and tidy, with no strange smells, and the price is very reasonable. The owner is also super nice. Overall, I highly recommend it and I'll definitely be back! Wishing the owner great success and prosperity.

During my trip to Shenyang, I stayed in the same two apartment buildings but different hotels for four nights. This was my third night, and I'm only reviewing it now after my fourth night. The room was extremely cold; it was so cold I couldn't sleep at night. The bathroom exhaust fan was broken, but there was a luggage storage option. The person who greeted me was very nice, and communication via WeChat was smooth. However, after I raised the issue with him, he didn't resolve it. I was traveling during the off-season, so the overall hotel prices were very cheap, mostly between 60 and 80 yuan. I booked four hotels within this range, and this one was the worst experience for me. My favorite was the Alice Hotel. Also, this room didn't have a microwave, which made food get cold very easily in the cold winter. I suggest adding a microwave to the room.
