HongYi Bayshore Hotel

The service was incredibly warm; they proactively upgraded us to a business room facing the sun, which was a thoughtful touch.

We booked a hotel on campus to visit our child at the university. The decor was a bit dated, but the cleanliness was acceptable. The receptionist was very kind and upgraded us to a south-facing room with a view overlooking the university. The hotel is located near the west gate of the campus, making it very convenient to walk around after checking in. Because our child's class ended around 4 PM, the receptionist even allowed us to check out late until after 4 PM. Very, very nice! We would definitely choose this hotel again next time we come.

The environment was nice, and the room was spacious. This time, they even upgraded us to a king-size bed room with a view. It was very quiet, and there was a coffee shop downstairs with a beautiful ambiance. The service was also excellent.

The suite was very spacious and comfortable, with a washing machine and dryer, and a soaking tub, which was very comfortable. The cleaning lady was very helpful, and the front desk staff was very helpful.

The room is very clean, tidy, and quiet, suitable for travel. Facilities: complete Sanitation: good Environment: very good Service: in place The TV can be connected to the phone to play music, the bed is very comfortable, the ventilation is good, and I was upgraded for free. Recommended

Avoid the hotel/apartment renovation project; the interior decoration is outdated and the hygiene is poor.

It was so-so. It took me ages to find it. They say it's four stars 👎, but I'd say it's barely three. The breakfast 🥣 was also just average. I wouldn't come back.
