The hotel boasts an excellent location, just 600 meters from the Forbidden City, making it a scenic spot itself. It's elegant and clean, offering a home-away-from-home feeling with meticulous attention to guest service. The bathroom facilities are high-quality, with comfortable water pressure and temperature, and the room is cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The restaurant is spacious and clean with a rich variety of dishes, and free parking is available. The only downside is the limited parking space, requiring a bit of a walk, which is a common issue in bustling city centers and less convenient for those traveling by car.

The room was clean and tidy, the environment was great, and the service was excellent. The subway is very close to the hotel, making it super convenient for getting around. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

The location is great, and the breakfast is decent. The hygiene is good, and the complimentary coffee comes with a 20% off voucher. However, if you just go and buy it, the sign at the entrance also shows 20% off. There are also many foreign guests staying here.

We made a last-minute decision to visit Shenyang and chose this hotel. It's very close to the Shenyang Imperial Palace; our family of four walked there the next day. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the kids loved the bathtub. The price wasn't high, even at the end of August.

I highly recommend this hotel! It's very close to the subway station and there are shared bikes nearby. It offers great value for money. Tianqi provided excellent service, and the whole room is equipped with voice-activated smart controls. Overall, a good stay experience.

The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the Forbidden City and right by the subway entrance. The service is also excellent, and the room amenities are very smart. My only complaints are that the air conditioning in the lobby and elevators was too cold – I'd shiver every time I stepped in. Also, the fridge in the room wasn't cooling at first, and after I reported it, it became so powerful that I could hear the compressor humming loudly all night. Overall, it's still a great place and highly recommended!

Facilities: Excellent, fully smart home system, very comfortable to stay in. This was the best facility I encountered on this trip. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: The surrounding transportation is very convenient. You can walk directly to any attraction. I didn't need a single taxi during my several days in Shenyang.

The front desk service was excellent; they helped me choose a quieter room. Many attractions in Shenyang don't have air conditioning, and even the subway, restaurants, and museums have weak AC. This hotel, however, had the best air conditioning, hands down! The pillows were also very comfortable, and breakfast was clean. Shenyang is a city with amazing food; everything I bought while strolling around was delicious. I'd definitely come back to savor it again, just not in the summer!
