Excellent service, very attentive and thorough. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and diligent in correcting mistakes, always prioritizing customer needs. The public areas are well-equipped with amenities, and the service staff are warm and polite.

The overall design is minimalist yet tasteful. The hotel grounds and guest rooms are elegantly serene, making travel fatigue disappear. The room design is thoughtful and practical, and the hotel's overall environment is clean, refined, and relaxing, making it an excellent choice for accommodation. The service is warm and attentive, especially Anhe, who was very responsive to all our questions. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Shenyang.

Traveling with kids, the overall experience exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, very clean, and the environment was quiet and peaceful, so my child slept soundly. The bed was just the right firmness, and the amenities were complete. The staff had excellent service and were quick to respond to any issues. Good value for money, I felt very at ease staying here for our trip, definitely recommend it! They called me a day in advance to confirm my check-in and even prepared books for my child. Truly excellent.

The room was absolutely beautiful, and the bathroom was super comfortable with a smart toilet. They even had a delivery robot, which was incredibly convenient. My friend and I had a really enjoyable stay. The location was also pretty good, and there's an amazing 'iron pot stew' restaurant nearby that was delicious!

This hotel is perfect for families with kids. There are play areas in the lobby that the children absolutely loved. The service was excellent, and they even have robots in the front lobby that can deliver food and water. They also offer a special lunch for kids, which is fantastic!

The location is fantastic, very close to the West Pagoda, the Imperial Palace, and Zhongjie Street. Many night markets are also conveniently nearby. The service was incredibly friendly and thoughtful; they even prepared snacks for my child, which was a lovely touch. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Taxis are easy to catch, and it's also great for walking. They also provided two complimentary coffees every day. The staff were very attentive and welcoming.

The lady at the front desk had a great attitude! She gave us two free lattes and even gave our two kids some souvenirs! Plus, she enthusiastically recommended some fantastic restaurants! Amazing! Delicious! Thumbs up! 👍

Pros: Great location, convenient transportation, good breakfast, comfortable bedding. Cons: Some management issues and inter-departmental coordination problems. Overall, it's pretty good, and the housekeeping staff are all very polite.

[Thoughtful Service] 24-hour butler service: A special thanks to the laundry lady. I left a note asking for my clothes to be tumble-dried, and when I went to pick them up, she had already folded them all for me – so kind! She always greets me with a smile, and even helped bring extra blankets in the evening. So heartwarming!☺️
