Yitel (Shenyang Middle Street Pedestrian Street)

Very good, the front desk lady was pretty and gentle, and the whole place felt quite upscale.

This hotel was a great choice for a whirlwind weekend trip. The location is super convenient; you can walk to Zhongjie Street or the Forbidden City (Shenyang Botanical Garden). The front desk has a mini-fridge with both refrigeration and freezer compartments, so I could even store the sausages I bought there, haha! Oh, and you can add the hotel on WeChat; it seems like there are discounts if you book that way. Overall, the room was good, and the bed was very comfortable. The only minor drawback was that it was a bit chilly in the room at night (I'm sensitive to cold). You can turn on the air conditioning, but it's a little noisy, so I just turned it on for a bit and then switched it off. Also, when tour groups were present in the morning, you could hear people talking in the hallway quite clearly. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

The hotel environment is really nice, and the front desk service was excellent. The breakfast was surprisingly rich, even during the Chinese New Year period. The room was spacious, the location is convenient, and there's even parking available.

The hotel has a laundry room and parking, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious – the best hotel breakfast I've ever had! I decided to stay here last minute for a business trip, and the decor is quite grand and nice.

The hotel's location is excellent. You can take a DiDi (ride-sharing service) directly to the hotel entrance. It's less than a 5-minute walk to Shenyang Middle Street Pedestrian Street, and there are plenty of snack shops and convenience stores nearby. What I appreciate most is that after a long and tiring journey, the front desk had warm bottled water ready. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, this is the only one that was so thoughtful. Not only do they offer unlimited refills of bottled water, but they also keep it warm in a heating cabinet with a light, making every bottle comfortably warm. It wasn't just water I was drinking; it was pure warmth and heartfelt emotion. The room isn't huge, but the facilities are great, including a hairdryer and a sofa. There's more than enough space to open two suitcases. Every staff member at the hotel was also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The front desk lobby is very spacious and clean, and the staff member at the front desk was very polite. They also have a self-service beverage station, which was lovely for warming up guests with a hot drink during this cold winter.
