房間挺好，空間大而乾淨，可以看得出房間是翻新過的，設備齊全；距離地鐵口也就四五百米，店面前邊剛好就能坐上有軌電車，交通很方便；房東大姨人熱情負責，能盡力滿足房客的需求，回覆信息很快。
我住的這幾天碰巧看過房東打掃房間，房東真就一客一拖地，次次被褥枕頭洗浴用品都換新的，毛巾浴袍也用一次性塑料袋包着防塵。整體體驗很好，推薦入住。
