優點：公寓地理位置優越，公交地鐵都在5分鐘以內，周邊配套設施齊全，尤其樓下夜市熱鬧非常，房東阿姨態度熱情友好。
缺點：房間及相關設施都略顯陳舊，大樓裏三教九流、龍蛇混雜，尤其是假期裏衹開一部電梯，每次乘坐等待時間都至少在五分鐘以上。
