房間是小區內的住宅，一間大開間，一衞一廚，有地暖和空調，有些裝飾畫和蠻有意思的氛圍枱燈，房間採光很不錯，也很靜謐，除了偶爾有飛機降落的噪聲（影響其實不大），房間設施還挺齊全。房主人很好，我當時擔心面試延誤退房，結果老哥直接讓我放心面試，給我充足的理解，好在最後沒延遲……總之，是一次非常不錯的居住體驗！
