The hotel's location is excellent, right above a subway station and next to a popular night market. I booked a room with a view, and Yolanda at the front desk was very professional and attentive. She assigned me a room with a fantastic view. Booking a 5-star hotel here is much better value for money than staying at places like Atour, with superior hardware, facilities, and service standards. There's also a Paulaner downstairs where you can enjoy a drink in the evening, which is a nice touch.

My first time staying at an Accor hotel, and there were so many international guests. My daughter even met a Japanese kid in the play area. The staff's overall quality was quite good; the doorman was very proactive upon arrival. At breakfast, there was someone to seat us, and they were very quick to clear plates. They even brought coffee directly to my table. The room layout was also nice, and the room itself was very spacious.

It’s just across the road from the metro and very centrally located in Shenyang. • The staff were helpful, especially Eric, the Concierge Manager, who was very friendly and introduced some of the key attractions on my check-in day. • The breakfast had a good mix of international options. The ZOPF bread was my favourite. • The gym was neat and tidy, and all the equipment was functioning well. • There’s also a night market just across the street, which was very convenient. What I didn’t like: • I had some difficulty figuring out how to use the bathtub sprinkler. • The room view wasn’t great, as it faced the backyard. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great location and friendly service.
