The Westin Shenyang Hotel

Located in a traditional upscale hotel district, it is within walking distance of the K11 Art Mall and the Hun River waterfront, making getting around very convenient. The service remains top-notch, and while the facilities are indeed starting to show their age compared to today's newer hotels, it is still a great choice.

The hotel boasts an elegant French design. The curved, rounded edges of the vanity highlight the hotel's strong commitment to guest safety. Its prime location on the bustling Qingnian Street makes taxi rides to attractions very affordable. The wide driveway in front of the lobby ensures a smooth flow for dropping off and picking up guests. Breakfast is incredibly lavish. Most importantly, the hotel staff are enthusiastic and professional, and the rooms are impeccably clean, truly living up to the Westin name. It's definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Shenyang.

The front desk's concierge service was excellent, very warm and efficient throughout the entire process. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again when I visit Shenyang. I was really touched by the sincerity of the hotel staff, especially during the holiday season, they maintained a high standard.

The front desk staff provided excellent service 👍. They were quick to help with any issues. I truly felt the warmth and hospitality of my hometown. Had a pleasant stay.

The front desk's concierge service is excellent! 👍 I always choose to stay here whenever I come to Shenyang. The hotel's outstanding location is a major reason for my choice.

A five-star hotel with a conscience! It seems like they either didn't raise prices much or at all during the National Day holiday, which is rare. Before coming, I was worried it might be old and have poor service. But it's actually renovated very new and modern, and the service is excellent. I stay in a lot of hotels, and this service is definitely top-notch in the Northeast. K11 shopping mall is very close by, right on the Hun River bank. A great choice for those who enjoy walking and exercising.

It was already evening when I arrived at the hotel. Andy from the front office was witty and humorous, and despite the hotel being fully booked during the holiday season, he kept coordinating things for me. Emily's butler service was equally impressive and truly touched me. From now on, whenever I'm in Shenyang, whether for business or leisure, I'll definitely choose to stay at The Westin Hotel. All in all, I had a very satisfying stay; the hotel service was, as always, thoughtful and meticulous.

The front desk butler service was excellent, and the location was good too. Shenyang is a very friendly city.

The Westin Shenyang offers excellent service, which I truly appreciated. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I need a hotel in the future. During the National Day holiday, the hotel was beautifully decorated with a strong red theme throughout.
