Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Shenyang City Center

Staying at this hotel literally messed up my work! I thought a well-established chain hotel wouldn't be too bad, and even though it's a bit old, I chose it because the location was pretty good. I really regretted it after checking in. The lobby isn't on the ground floor, and after a long day, there was no hot water for a shower! It was too late, so I didn't want to bother the staff and just took a quick wash before bed. The next morning, it was even worse – only scalding hot water for the shower, and the **temperature knob didn't work at all**! Since I was in a rush for work, I just splashed some water on my face and left. Then came the most infuriating part: only one elevator in the entire building was working, and I waited 10 minutes for it... Ugh! My work was completely delayed! I asked the staff if there were any other elevators, even a service elevator, and they coldly replied, 'That's it, none!' And with this kind of facility and service, they expect good reviews for a small gift? Good reviews come from the heart of the customer, not from a few measly favors. This place is going to fall apart sooner or later. Other complaints: the fridge in the room was filthy and unplugged – is it just for show?! The mini-bar items were super cheap; if you can't offer decent stuff, just don't bother!

Having stayed at Ramada Hong Kong Kowloon with my kids, this Shenyang branch offers incredible value for money. You can overlook the Shenyang Imperial Palace right from your window, and the hotel is located in Zhongjie. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options including dumplings, noodles, BBQ, and Malatang. The room is spacious and very clean. The only downside is that only two elevators are operational, and they stop on every floor, making it a 10-minute wait each time to go up or down.

This hotel is in a very prominent location near Zhongjie Subway Station in Shenyang. The rooms are spacious and very clean. It's super convenient for sightseeing, like visiting the Shenyang Imperial Palace and walking street. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Spent New Year's Eve in Shenyang with my family, and this hotel was perfectly located right next to Zhongjie. It's just a three-minute walk from the subway exit, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are tons of dining options nearby, including some famous old establishments, and many attractions are within walking distance. All in all, for anyone wanting to stay near Zhongjie and explore the surrounding sights, this hotel is highly recommended and left us very satisfied. It's definitely a much better choice than those ridiculously overpriced, run-down chain hotels.

This hotel is located near Zhongjie Street, making it very convenient to get around, and it's also very close to the subway station. The facilities and services are excellent, especially the service. They even upgraded my room to a spacious king-size room, and the bed was really soft. I highly recommend this hotel if you're traveling to Shenyang.
