The room was clean and odor-free, and the service was exceptional. We stayed here for a concert in Shenyang, and the stadium was very close by. The environment was also great, making for a really pleasant stay.

Let's start with the positives: I always stay here when I come for concerts. It's very close to the stadium, which is super convenient. Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, and there's a snack street at night. Parking is relatively easy, and the service is great; they even upgraded my floor! Now for the less satisfactory points: I rarely leave negative reviews, but I really have to speak up about Wanda. Compared to other hotels of the same price and caliber, I can overlook it being a bit old, given it's a 2013 hotel. But you can't have things broken! That Grohe showerhead is completely damaged and hasn't been fixed. Don't they do regular checks? Is it acceptable if only one of the two heads works?? There were no welcome fruits, and the Coke in the mini-fridge was charged... Even budget hotels costing over 300 RMB offer free Coke in the fridge... To the manager who decided to charge for it, aren't you embarrassed? Also, Ctrip, you should really check out what perks people get when booking this hotel through other platforms like 'Xianyu' (free breakfast for two, 4 PM late checkout, executive lounge access, welcome fruits) for the same price. If you don't negotiate some upgraded member benefits, everyone will just book elsewhere... It's really bad!

The room was fantastic – spacious and very clean. I was there for a concert, and the location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time. Plus, the hotel has robots, which made ordering takeout incredibly convenient.

The hotel is a bit old overall, and the bathroom wasn't very clean. The staff were a little slow in bringing slippers, but their attitude was generally good. The hotel lobby environment is also nice, and there's a street nearby where you can take some great tourist photos.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Wanda Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from Mixc City. The hotel facilities are great, and breakfast is good too. The staff are very enthusiastic!

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to both the airport and the highway. It's also conveniently close to Wanda Plaza, making dining and shopping very accessible. The breakfast area has a great atmosphere. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

Extended stay privilege - Guaranteed late check-out until 2:00 PM: The overall check-in process was comfortable and convenient. The room's floor and size were just right. Whenever I'm on a business trip to Shenyang, I usually stay here because it's also close to the airport. Extended stay privilege - Breakfast: The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was fine.

I have two minor complaints about my multi-day stay. 1. The hotel had an eco-friendly linen card stating that if you stayed for three consecutive nights without requesting a change of bedding, you'd receive a 'beautiful gift' from Wanda Hotels. Turns out, this 'beautiful gift' was just a plain paper bookmark. It wasn't anything related to local intangible cultural heritage, nor did it have any hotel commemorative value. So, three days of eco-friendliness equaled one cheap bookmark 🔖 in comparison. 2. Around 1 AM on the night of check-in, the hotel suddenly experienced a complete power outage! The hotel explained that it might have been an external issue, like a large cable being damaged, and repairs were underway. However, the elevators were working fine, yet the emergency lights in the room couldn't be turned off at all. It was impossible to sleep, and if we didn't sleep, there was still no power! Just before we checked out, the hotel called and offered a 'gift' as an apology. The staff member brought it up, and to our surprise, it was just an Artemisia argyi (mugwort) hammer, worth less than 10 RMB. After a sleepless night, this felt like such a half-hearted apology, without any real sincerity... just an Artemisia argyi hammer to brush us off. Considering these two points, I feel the hotel's so-called sincerity and thoughtfulness were overly perfunctory! It would have been better if they hadn't offered anything at all! Before leaving, I explicitly told the staff not to bother, as we had many of these items at home. Yet, they still put it in our car! 😞

Location is quite good as it is right next to a rather huge mall with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. One minor issue is the air conditioning system at the hotel is not very user friendly and cannot be easily adjusted, ended up being too warm.

Nice place. A bit messy outside. All my business events were relative close by. Nice hotel.

Nice for businee trip, upgrad to a top-floor room with a really good view! There is a shopping mall just beside. And not far from the Airport.
