Shenyang Jinlian International Hotel

A very poor experience. The hotel didn't turn on the air conditioning compressor in the fall, only using the fan function. After multiple complaints, the compressor was turned on at a low intensity, lowering the room temperature from 28 degrees Celsius to 25 degrees Celsius. However, at midnight, the hotel turned the air conditioning off again. The room temperature rose by 30 degrees Celsius, and I woke up feeling hot. I had to sleep with the windows and doors open all night. Furthermore, the hotel's location is remote, situated right between the city and the airport. There are no amenities nearby. The only dining option is the hotel restaurant, which is mediocre but acceptable. The hotel has a very low occupancy rate. Many floors were completely empty. All facilities are operating at minimum cost.

The hotel has new facilities, a beautiful environment, and very welcoming front desk staff, making it a top choice for business trips.

The hotel is relatively close to Chuangxin 1st Road Station on Metro Line 2, about a 15-minute walk away. It's supposedly located within the airport's open area, with little commercial activity nearby. However, the view from the hotel room reveals a pristine environment. I'd requested a room not near the elevator when booking, but upon check-in, I was still given one. Thankfully, after negotiating, the front desk upgraded me to a deluxe room. Kudos to the receptionist for her camera skills. The room was clean and had a walk-in closet, which was nice. The bathroom was spacious, with separate wet and dry areas and a large bathtub, perfect for soaking in the sunset over the city. There was one major issue: many hotels now use electric or manual floor-to-ceiling sunshades, but theirs used old-fashioned manual blinds for the main entrance. I'm afraid those born in the 1990s wouldn't have seen them, let alone those born in the 2000s. Perhaps due to age and disrepair, they were difficult to lower. Fortunately, the engineering department showed up and resolved the issue. The breakfast was okay, passable for a five-star hotel. The temperature in Shenyang suddenly dropped that night, so the air conditioning only had cooling function. Fortunately, the bedding was excellent. To be honest, if you are catching a flight, the price/performance ratio is okay.

The location is average and the environment is very good! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

This room is big enough, there is a bathtub but no disposable bath set is provided so it can't be used just by looking at it. It is relatively quiet and the surrounding environment is good

In the residential area, people know to start work after 8 AM, but they start making noise before 7 AM and nobody cares. The room is choked with smoke, and they dawdle when you try to move to another room. There's an internal department between the two customer service departments, and even though it's locked, you can still hear everything they do face-to-face.
