It was alright. My child had an exam nearby, and we were a bit late checking out, but they were really inflexible about it. I won't be staying here again.

Extremely kind and clean. Yummy breakfast. Various menu in the cafeteria. If I visit Shenyang again, I will absolutely make a choice here. 5 stars service!

The lobby is clean and tidy, and the laundry room is well-equipped with a fast and efficient dryer. The pillows in the room are very comfortable, and the mattress is just the right firmness. Screen mirroring in the room is easy to use, and the Wi-Fi is fast. Very satisfied!

The lobby is clean, the laundry room's dryer works great, the iron is handy, the pillows in the room are comfortable, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, the facilities are very new, the TV projection is quick and easy, and there's a mini-fridge. The mattress firmness is just right. The facilities are impeccable, very satisfied!

Feel comfortable

This was my first time staying at Atour, and the Atour Hotel in Shenyang was a pleasant surprise. The exterior of the hotel didn't look particularly special, but the interior facilities were excellent and very clean. The staff were also very welcoming and professional. I will definitely choose Atour again next time.

In terms of hygiene, the surface was acceptable, but not too superficial. I wanted to use the tissue box by the bedside, but when I picked it up, it was covered in a clump of dust and hair, which was incredibly unpleasant. There was no refrigerator in the room, which was my fault for not checking beforehand, but it's common for drinks in refrigerators to be charged, so it's unusual for there to be none. The environment was average. Although it's close to the road, it's difficult to walk with luggage, so those with heavy luggage should be careful. The service was only so-so. I had an early flight the next day, and it was raining heavily outside when I checked out. The hotel was a bit far from the road, and I was carrying my suitcase without an umbrella. I tried to borrow an umbrella from the hotel, but they wouldn't return it, and there were no other guests around, so the staff didn't help me. Of course, this isn't a complaint, and it's quite normal, but the service felt only average, lacking presence, and not comparable to other Atour hotels I've stayed at.

The bedding is very good, the facilities are complete, laundry is delivered to your door, the breakfast is also good, and the overall service is very considerate.
