Atour properties in Shenzhen

The room was spotless, and the bed was so soft and comfy that I had an excellent night's sleep. What truly made this stay stand out was the amazing room service. I needed extra toiletries and water late at night, and after contacting room service online, the front desk was incredibly prompt in responding, and delivery was super fast!

Had a spontaneous idea to take the high-speed train to Shenzhen for a day, mainly to meet friends in Futian and grab some Magpie Pie at OCT. The hotel's location perfectly suited my travel needs, being close to the subway station and a major transportation hub. In between meals, my friend and I visited the Shenzhen Urban Planning Exhibition Center, which surprisingly turned out to be much more interesting and engaging than I expected. Beyond that, I was quite impressed by the hotel's high-rise views; the mountain and reservoir scenery from the lobby and restaurant was delightful. The butler service was warm and welcoming, and the food selection was rich and varied. Overall, it was an experience that exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely prioritize staying at this Atour hotel again on future trips to Shenzhen.

First time staying in Atour and it did not disappoint! Location was good, super close and almost fully sheltered walking distance to Raffles City shopping mall which was great on days when it was rainy, we could still walk over for food and shopping. Service was great too, staff very helpful with my many Taobao parcels. Room was on the 26 floor which had a nice view of Shenzhen.

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The environment was comfortable and clean, and the location was super convenient for transportation. The breakfast spread was extensive, delicious, and nutritious. The gym had a great selection of well-maintained equipment too. I highly recommend staying here!

The one-on-one service from the front desk staff was a huge plus. They were very patient when explaining all the hotel amenities during check-in. We even ran into them sometimes when returning to our room, and they always greeted us warmly. When we checked out, they thoughtfully reminded us about the road conditions. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and felt simple yet stylish and very comfortable. The pillows were from the Deepwater series, providing an excellent sleeping experience. The breakfast offered a complete range of both Chinese and Western dishes. With their thoughtful, high-quality service and excellent facilities, the value for money far exceeded our expectations!

This is my second time staying at this Atour Hotel, and it's still fantastic. They even reimburse for parking. Atour's service is consistently excellent, and the breakfast spread is amazing. It's perfect for a short break or a vacation in the Bao'an area. Plus, it's super convenient for getting to the airport.

The hotel's location is excellent, right at No. 120 Nanguang Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. It's surrounded by two shopping centers, Coastal City and Raffles City, making dinner options incredibly convenient in the evenings. Driving to Shenzhen Bay Park in the afternoon was also very pleasant.

The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around. I was traveling with my daughter for the Chinese New Year holiday, and when we arrived, the front desk staff was very welcoming. They informed us that the room type we booked had a partition wall in the middle and suggested an upgrade, which was a great experience. The room's cleanliness and facilities were all very good; it was quite spacious and even had a sofa. I've become a fan of the Atour brand and will definitely book your hotels for all my future travels!

The hotel environment is lovely, clean, and bright. The warm lighting creates a very comfortable atmosphere. The front desk service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. The room facilities were complete, and the hygiene was impeccable. The bedding was soft, making for a very peaceful sleep. The laundry service was also convenient; they wash and deliver it right to your room. They even offer cold brew tea and warm water when you leave – a nice touch!
