Business Trip The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by many restaurants and beverage shops – quite a bustling area. The lobby is bright, and IHG must have a standard fragrance, as it smells the same as other hotels of the same brand. Kingsley checked me in, and the process was smooth. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly, for which I'm very grateful. The room is spacious, and the bathroom gets a thumbs up (it has a bidet!). The mattress is very comfortable, perfect for resting after a business trip. Breakfast offers a good variety, with both Chinese and Western basics available. I recommend this hotel to anyone needing accommodation for business travel in the area.

Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the staff were very responsive, so no time was wasted waiting. The gym facilities are top-notch, with new and a wide variety of equipment, making for a great workout experience. Overall, it's clean and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. On one hand, the environment and service here demonstrate our regard and respect for our clients. On the other hand, since I'm personally satisfied with my stay, I feel confident recommending it to them. From check-in to check-out, the entire process is smooth, the staff are friendly, and they respond promptly to requests, all of which make business hosting effortless and dignified. Overall, my stay was very satisfying. Whether for personal travel or business接待, this is a reliable choice. The quality is consistent, and the service is excellent, leaving me with no worries. Therefore, the next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again and will continue to recommend it to my friends.

The hotel's location isn't in the city center, but there are a few malls about a 15-20 minute drive away. We checked in with our child, but the front desk staff didn't proactively tell us about the hotel's children's facilities or bicycle rentals. They only gave a brief overview when we asked. Also, we booked an executive room, but the front desk didn't mention any executive lounge benefits during check-in. Although we checked in after 7 PM, that's no excuse not to inform us. Later, I called and found out the executive lounge hours were 2 PM to 10 PM. However, the food was already cleared by 8 PM, leaving only drinks, so we didn't go. It's a bit of a shame we missed out on the executive lounge experience. I hope management can improve front desk service training. The room was mostly as pictured, spacious, and the mattress wasn't too soft, so we slept very well. Breakfast was good with a decent variety. I ordered the rice noodle rolls from the member menu, but unfortunately, the soy sauce was plain and didn't taste good. What's really worth recommending is the indoor children's play area on the second floor, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. One room has a small ball pit and climbing slide, while the other has building blocks, children's billiards, table tennis, and arcade games (like Mario and Adventure Island). Our child spent a long time playing there. We stayed during the Chinese New Year, so breakfast was busy. By just after 9 AM, there was already a queue outside the restaurant. However, the children's facilities weren't too crowded. Overall, it's worth staying here if you're traveling with kids.

The environment and decor are good. My only suggestion for improvement is that the doorman at the main entrance should be more professional and responsible. They need to pay attention when cars are parking to prevent 'door dings' from damaging properly parked vehicles. I'm really speechless; my car needs new paint protection film and dent repair because the paint was chipped and indented, and the film was torn.
