I arrived at the hotel only to realize I'd booked the wrong date. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, changing my reservation for today and even extending my stay for another night. Their service was exceptionally friendly and warm! When I got to the guest room floor, I was pleasantly surprised. The hallways were fragrant and spacious, and I even noticed signs for outdoor tables and chairs. The dryer in the self-service laundry room was powerful; even if you don't have time to wait, the staff can deliver your clothes back to your room. This is a truly excellent hotel, highly recommend it!

I frequently stay at this hotel for business trips, and the front desk staff, especially the ladies, are always so welcoming. The rooms are all smart and high-tech, fitting for a mid-to-high-end hotel, and the price is really reasonable. Plus, it's just a few hundred meters from the subway station and surrounded by amazing food streets. It's fantastic!
