Five-star rating! We took our kids from Shenzhen to Hong Kong this time and stayed at the Home Inn Business Express (Huaqiangbei Yannan Metro Station). The entire experience exceeded our expectations, so I absolutely have to give it a five-star recommendation! The hotel location is super convenient, right next to Yannan Metro Station, making it incredibly easy to travel to and from Hong Kong, as well as explore Huaqiangbei and Dongmen. It really saved us a lot of hassle when traveling with kids. The front desk and housekeeping staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Knowing we had children with us, they offered a complimentary breakfast for the little ones and thoughtfully provided kids' toothbrushes, slippers, and other amenities. These small details made our family trip feel incredibly warm and special. The room's cleanliness was top-notch—spotless, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the space was bright and spacious, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, the facilities are new, it offers great value for money, and the service is truly heartwarming, far exceeding what we expected. It's perfect for both business trips and family vacations. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Shenzhen and highly recommend it to all our friends.

The service was excellent – the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with modern and comfortable decor. It's very conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, offering great value for money. I'd definitely recommend staying here. The only minor downside is that the room was a bit small, but it would be perfectly fine for a solo traveler.

Very affordable hotel. Basic but clean. Offers amenities as well like toothbrush and comb etc. Only downside is the pillows, a little hard. But otherwise, everything is great!! Staffs are very friendly as well and is always willing to help and assist. Location is fantastic, walking distance to dongmen old street and a huge mall (mixx). I extended my stay for another 4hrs which is great because I’m waiting for my husband to be done with work. Love it that they offer short stays like this.

The hotel has a great location, with a shopping mall downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby. Transportation is very convenient. The hotel is new and clean.

It's quite close to the airport, and the overall cleanliness is good. Ms. Pu Qian provided excellent service; she was gentle and patient. When I first entered the room, I noticed a slight odor, and she immediately helped me switch rooms. When I was checking out, I needed to write something, and she even gave me a special postcard and envelope. Thank you! My trip was made much more memorable thanks to her.

I had a very satisfying stay! The hotel's location is close to the convention center, making it convenient for getting around. I especially want to praise the hotel's laundry service; it has a dedicated laundry room with both washing machines and dryers. For someone traveling for business like me, this service is incredibly thoughtful. Being able to wash and dry my clothes right away solved a major problem on my trip, which was super convenient! Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely choose this Hanting Premium Hotel again. Highly recommended!

This stay experience far exceeded expectations, and must give a five-star praise! The hotel is strategically located and very convenient to travel. The reception was warm and professional and quickly checked in. The room is more beautiful than the picture, spacious and bright, the mattress and pillows are moderately firm and hard, making me sleep well all night. The bathroom is clean and tidy, with plenty of hot water. The freshly ground coffee in the lobby is delicious, the overall service is meticulous and thoughtful, and the price is very high. I will definitely choose here next time!

The staff at Reception were very helpful and despite the fact that I didn't have good chinese they were able to help me find what I needed. The room was clean and the breakfast was a wonderful a full breakfast with an array of chinese dishes. The location is accessible to the subway.
