We love the room, its huge and spacious, everything looked new and in good condition. The bed was also extremely comfortable. However, the walls are slightly thin, you can hear people talking and walking past but I wouldn’t say it really affected us that much. The hotel staff were very helpful as well. I ordered quite a few things from taobao, they were always very willing to help me look for my orders. I loved how they had a robot to deliver the food deliveries too.

The environment was truly terrible. When we drove into the parking lot, they wouldn't let us in, claiming they had a bad relationship with the building and were denied access. We had to park on a dirt road on a nearby slope. It had just rained, and it was unbelievably muddy (pictures attached later). Inside, a male staff member, who seemed to be in charge, had a very bad attitude. There were a lot of fallen leaves in front of the hotel, and the lobby smelled musty. As soon as I walked in, I wanted to check out. I thought about how great the Mousse Hotel in Dongguan was, and since it was already 11 PM, I figured it might be better once I got inside. However, the room reeked of a mix of smoke and mildew. The bedding felt like something from a cheap motel, no exaggeration. I immediately wanted to leave, but my child was fussy and sleepy, which was really frustrating. There were only two single pillows for sleeping. I called to ask for more pillows, and a security guard I'd bumped into at the entrance ended up bringing them. I was speechless; it was the first time I'd ever encountered something like that. The next day, as I rushed downstairs, I realized the elevator area's glass and cleanliness were far from satisfactory – I almost fainted. My wife complained the whole way, saying that paying over 500 yuan for this felt awful and we would have been better off staying at the Vienna Hotel next door. In short, the hygiene and service were very poor. Don't let the Dongguan branch fool you; that one is excellent. No wonder this place has such low ratings; the public's eyes are sharp. My god, what a nightmare!

This place is perfect for anyone particular about their sleep quality. The room layout is spacious, and the small details like the lighting and switches are exquisite and aesthetically pleasing. There's no annoying noise whatsoever. The room even comes with a massage chair to help you relax, and the breakfast selection is plentiful, constantly refilled so you'll never run out. Lulu at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful and responded quickly to all our requests. There are many transportation options nearby, making it comfortable for both a one-night stay or a longer visit.

Business trips are stressful enough, but Feifei made my stay so smooth. There was a small issue with my booking when I checked in, but she sorted it out in just five minutes. The next day, I needed a late check-out for a meeting, and she handled that quickly and efficiently too. She was professional, personable, and incredibly efficient throughout. While the facilities are great, employees like Feifei are what truly make this place stand out. This will be my top choice for my next business trip.

After a long day of traveling, I finally got a good night's sleep. The room was spotless, the bathroom was dry and odor-free, and the floor-to-ceiling windows were well-sealed, blocking out all the traffic noise from outside. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly. Lulu at the front desk was very welcoming. The location is super convenient; you don't have to go far for food or shopping. Overall, there were no downsides, and I felt both comfortable and relaxed during my stay.

The location is super convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the subway station. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – I slept soundly all night. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The freshly made noodles at breakfast were so comforting. Great value for money, highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers! 😊

The hotel room has a projector, which is great for a relaxing movie experience. The bedding was clean, and the pillows were comfortable, leading to a good night's sleep. There were also plenty of charging ports on the bedside table, which was very convenient.

Overall, a great experience! Fei, one of the staff members, was super nice. The hotel's location is really convenient, and check-in was very efficient. She even proactively gave me important tips, which was incredibly thoughtful ☺️. The decor is simple yet cozy, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The soundproofing was also good, so I slept very soundly. It offers great value for money with excellent facilities. The service, cleanliness, and environment are all top-notch. Definitely worth coming back to!

I had requested a birthday setup in advance, and while I'm not entirely sure if they fully understood what I meant, they still surprised me with some really nice gifts, which was a heartfelt touch. The room was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. A standout feature for me was the massage chair in the room; it was an absolute game changer after a long day of travel. Overall, a solid stay with great room comfort and a few thoughtful surprises.

As someone with mild sleep issues, I often struggle to sleep well in hotels. I booked this room specifically because it advertised 'healthy sleep,' and the bedding certainly didn't disappoint – I slept great. However, the curtains were closed when I checked in, so the room was pitch black during the day, feeling like a dark box. That initial experience wasn't very good.
