It saved me the trouble of entering my license plate before heading out! Fantastic! We'll definitely book here again next time we have clients!

Kitty at Lih Nian Hotel is simply impeccable—professional and incredibly thoughtful! When I checked in, I asked for a higher-floor room, and she handled it with zero fuss, efficiently and professionally arranging everything for me right away. When I checked out, I was in a rush to catch the subway, but she remained calm and organized, quickly preparing my expense receipt. She even thoughtfully handed me a hotel map and repeatedly cautioned me about getting lost. Her entire approach was efficient and thorough; this kind of professional yet genuinely thoughtful service truly deserves high praise!

The hotel facilities are clean, and the service is good. However, the breakfast buffet is disappointing, only providing two servings for a family room.

I used to be a big fan of the Grand Millennium and came almost every weekend. But after having a baby, I hadn't been back for a year, and it seems things have changed quite a bit. When checking in, I mentioned that my wife's birthday was coming up and she wasn't feeling well, but there was no acknowledgement whatsoever. They flat out said they couldn't upgrade our room (which has never happened in the dozens of times I've stayed here. At the very least, they could have offered a paid upgrade if rooms were tight...). They gave us a 1.5-meter bed for our family of three. When I asked about a baby cot, they said our room type usually has one, but they couldn't provide it. What does that even mean? I understand if it's unavailable, but what's this about the room type having it? After seeing the room, I thought it was too small and worried about the baby's safety. I called the front desk, and they then said a room would be available shortly. Why couldn't they have told me that at check-in? Luckily, I saw a familiar manager in the afternoon, and that 'homey' feeling came right back. It just goes to show, the most important thing for a hotel is having great staff.

Located at the foot of Nanshan Mountain, the surroundings are pleasant. The elevator requires a key card for security, which is great. Surprisingly, breakfast is included! It's very convenient with Metro Line 5 nearby, and the area is super quiet. Most guests seem to be business travelers.

I was in a hurry when I left, so I just snapped a couple of photos. This is a very clean hotel with simple, modern facilities. The service is excellent, and the location is super convenient, really close to the subway, making it easy to get around. Both check-in and check-out were very quick. I'll definitely choose Linian Hotel again next time.

It was an excellent experience, the hotel is clean and the staff upgraded the room for us, and has a store downstairs, convenient to buy drinks and snacks. But the only thing that I had to be concerned about was that there was a little cockroach in the bathroom when I was showering🥲 overall was a nice experience.

The room was clean and odor-free. The layout was very well-designed, making the space feel large. It had a desk, a small stool and table for watching TV, and the TV picture was exceptionally clear. Very satisfied.

The subway station right outside the hotel is super convenient.

Had some difficulty registering my stay as I need to report to police myself. But other than that, the hotel interior was beautiful, from the lobby, to the elevator and most importantly the room. The breakfast was a buffet style dim sum which was delicious. The location is about 10 minutes away from MTR which isn't too bad but also taxi and Didi isn't expensive so not an issue at all if you have difficulty walking. Would come back again.

The room size is decent, and the location is excellent, just 200 meters from Metro Line 5, making it very convenient for accessing SF Express headquarters and Xinlikang Building. The breakfast is also quite good. I recommend staying here.
