朋友以前住過，這次過來試一下，確實是物美價廉，首先是衞生非常乾淨，衞生間雖小但是很好用，床品一客一換，老闆娘服務很好，一個電話到門口迎接，地理位置也好，地鐵站在樓下，深圳站出來走路3分鐘，到羅湖口岸走路5分鐘，下次來深圳沒有其他選擇肯定還住這兒了。

滿意。羅湖口岸走10分鐘，附近是1、9號地鐵站，方便。在廣東省銀行大廈裏，是3、4十年的大廈了吧？房內整齊簡潔，攜程優惠下72塊一晚，划算。過香港前先在這裏睡便宜多了。

房東很熱情，一收到訂單就來接我並帶上房，交待各種設備使用。訂的是經濟單間，有獨立衞浴，環境和衞生一般般吧，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，門廊外有吹風機還有一次性用品。出差或者過去香港過渡一兩晚沒什麼問題，樓下對面街就是羅湖村很多吃的。走過去羅湖口岸大概20分鐘。
