I had a great experience even before checking in! They added me on WeChat and sent parking instructions. When I arrived, they offered a complimentary breakfast and a choice of small gifts. We mentioned we were there for a concert, and they gave us directions and even disposable raincoats. The room was spotless, and there wasn't a single water stain on the bathroom faucet. There was plenty of free drinking water, and the bed was so comfortable I slept really well.
