Service: The parking guidance and elevator instructions were clear, and the staff were well-trained and able to promptly and effectively address customer needs. Free late-night buffet: Both the late-night snack and breakfast buffets were generous, clean, and hygienic. The freshly ground coffee was also excellent. Facilities: The facilities were complete and very new. Hygiene: The bedding and bathroom were clean and comfortable, no issues there. Environment: Overall, the immediate impression was very good.

The service was very satisfying. Especially the housekeeping staff. Knowing it was hot and we needed to stay hydrated, they even put extra bottles of water in the room. The room was also very clean, and the soundproofing was good.

Based on the pictures, I thought this was a large hotel, but it was incredibly hard to find when I got there. Not only that, but it's on the 28th floor of a commercial building. The room itself was tiny, with a damp smell and moist bedding. It was also unclean, making for a very uncomfortable stay. To top it off, when we drove out of the basement, the exit was tiny, and we almost had an accident. This place is definitely not worth the price; for just a couple hundred more, I could have stayed in a really good 5 or 6-star hotel. What's the difference between this and a budget chain hotel costing a fraction of the price?

Fantastic! I always stay here for two or three nights. It's close to the border crossing, and there's a children's discovery museum right downstairs. What really stands out is the amazing service. I'm a light sleeper, but the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, so I always get a great night's rest. Room service is delivered by robots, and other guests from different floors entering our guestroom floor didn't disturb us at all, which is a huge plus when traveling with kids. We all slept so soundly.

This was my first time booking this hotel, and I was really impressed with the environment, cleanliness, facilities, and the view from the room. What stood out the most was the incredibly attentive and excellent service. I'll definitely be staying here again if I get the chance.

Perfect for families with kids, this is probably the best parent-child hotel in Shenzhen. The room itself kept the kids entertained for half the day, so even if it rained, it wasn't an issue. Plus, there's a huge playground downstairs – it's unbeatable!

The room was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning worked really well, keeping the air fresh. I slept incredibly comfortably at night. The duvet, pillows, and sheets were all spotless. I recommend this hotel, though the price is a bit on the high side.

This is a great hotel, located on the 28th floor of the Women and Children's Building. We booked a family room, which was spacious and even had a slide that our child absolutely loved. The hotel is in the city center, so dining and transportation are very convenient. The Women and Children's Building itself has many food and entertainment options. The staff were all very friendly, and the room was quite large. I especially appreciated the thoughtful and meticulous consideration for children's rooms. The Children's Discovery Museum is right downstairs, which our child enjoyed immensely. Hotel guests also get a 10% discount. We'll definitely be back!
