It’s ok. Location a bit remote and over 4K to nearest metro. There’s still construction going on and a few strange characters around who just stare and stare at westerners. Apartment itself is not bad

I would like to go again

This time is the embodiment of the upgrade, upgraded to 45 square meters of room, the employees' serious work efficiency courteous arrangement is really very satisfactory, the room is smoke-free, the sense of space is large enough, the overall score is very high. Only the glass glue gap in the shower tub has a leak, which makes the bathroom floor a little wet.

It's very comfortable, much more comfortable than staying in a five-star hotel. There are fruits and drinks, the air and light in the room are very good in every aspect, and Luna's work attitude is top-notch. I will choose to stay in this room next time I go on a business trip.

The place is very clean and the front desk is friendly. The environment is quiet and it only takes more than ten minutes to get to Guanlan by taxi. There is a washing machine, heating and cooling, and a clothes dryer is available at the front desk. Slippers and toiletries are provided. Very suitable for a family.

Stayed for several nights in a row, it was good, the decoration was simple and stylish, quiet, and the soundproofing was good. There was free parking, there were books to read in the public area on the second floor, the front desk staff was enthusiastic, I will come again next time.

The room is very clean. Since it is newly renovated, there will still be some smell when you check in. There are not many choices for breakfast and it is far away from the city, but the environment and sound insulation are very good. I recommend staying here. 

I upgraded to a room for free. The room was large, well-equipped, and comfortable. Luna at the front desk was very welcoming. It was the coldest winter in Shenzhen, so the room was a little cold. It would have been perfect if there was heating.

Newly renovated, fully equipped, clean and tidy. Free upgrade for general rooms. Breakfast is provided on some days for 2-bedroom suites. There is still a little decoration smell when approaching the closet and desk, but it is not uncomfortable overall. The hotel service staff can be contacted by WeChat and will answer questions 24 hours a day. There is a free TV box to watch movies, but the suite only has a TV in the living room. The nearby subway station has not been built yet, so I use online car-hailing to travel. It costs $10 to go to Kalu Ice and Snow World, $20 to Wanda Plaza, $40 to Excellence Center, $20 to Gankeng Ancient Town, and $30 to Shenzhen North Station of the high-speed rail.

The air-conditioning is seriously insufficient. Even if it is adjusted to the minimum of 16 degrees, it is a bit hot. Also, there was no breakfast served at all. The area around the hotel is deserted and there are not many breakfast options available. The room feels smaller than 75 square meters, not like 90 square meters. There was no hand sanitizer in the two toilets and there were dead cockroaches. All shower gels, shampoos, etc. use twist caps, which is inconvenient. The room without a balcony was too dark, and I didn't know who could sit on the sofa at the other end. It felt weird at night. All in all, I won't consider this one again.

The room is clean and tidy, and it is convenient for the family to travel. They responded to any needs in a timely manner. The price is affordable, the location is a little off, and it doesn't matter if you drive yourself. Welcome fruits and drinks were given.
