The hotel is great, and I felt very secure during my stay. I'll definitely come back here on my next business trip.

The whole room was infested with mosquitoes. I was stared at all night, and I couldn't stand it anymore, so I had to apply some white flower oil to relieve the itching.

The room had cockroaches, and they wouldn't let us change rooms. They also wouldn't provide disposable slippers.

Very satisfied!

The soundproofing is terrible; kids are still crying at night. And there are sounds of couples making love upstairs.

The hotel's hygiene must be terrible. I stayed there for two nights, and both nights I found cockroaches in my room. They were even giant cockroaches, 8-10 centimeters long! I was terrified. I got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and found one lying on the bathroom floor. I screamed in fright and then saw it running around everywhere. I was too scared to use the bathroom, so I notified the owner. The owner came over with a lighter and caught it, but I was still very scared. I held it in until dawn before finally using the bathroom.

I recently traveled to Shenzhen, and I absolutely have to recommend this hotel! I chose [Hotel Name], and the location is fantastic—perfect for finding restaurants, shopping malls, and attractions nearby, and it's also very convenient to get around by subway. During check-in, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and they even thoughtfully recommended fun places to visit nearby. The room was clean and tidy, decorated very warmly, and the bed was so soft and comfortable I didn't want to get up. The facilities were also excellent, with a smart toilet, HD TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi—a truly comfortable stay. This stay was absolutely perfect, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

The room was fully equipped, but the bed would have been better if it were a bit firmer. The owner personally waited outside and led me to the parking lot. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the toilet and shower shared a single door.

The hotel was unclean; the sheets and blankets weren't changed after each guest, and there was hair and yellow stains. The service was practically nonexistent. Overall, it was just so-so!

I strongly advise against checking in here! Think twice before booking! My watch, worth 3000 yuan, was lost. The housekeeping staff said they didn't see it, the hotel said they didn't see it, and even the police couldn't help! I clearly remember taking the watch off while washing up and leaving it on the hairdryer holder. When I went back to check on it in the evening, it was gone. The housekeeping staff insisted they hadn't seen it, and even the police couldn't do anything. My objective suggestion is that the hotel strictly control the professionalism of its staff, otherwise it will go bankrupt sooner or later.

什麼都不説了 蟑螂蜘蛛都有，衞生也很差，搞得相當不乾淨，全都是灰，進去馬桶還沾着頭髮，換了兩間房，還丟了一個防塵袋，問保潔阿姨就説沒有找到，但我明明就是丟在你們酒店了

前台接待熱情，服務非常好，房間乾淨衞生，周邊交通方便，下樓就有吃的，環境非常棒，停車方便且免費，

房間很大很好，裝修也很新，住起來挺舒服的，周圍交通什麼的很便利，推薦入住哦

一家兩大一小去香港在這裏住兩晚訂的酒店，房間比較乾淨，整潔，有免費停車，老闆也很好。外賣也方便，附近有商場，靠近深圳灣口岸，打車去過關口十多元，比較方便，值得下次再訂。
