Great location out of 10/10 and 5 mins walk to metro station Yan Nan. To Dongmen or Laojie only 3 stop away (transfer needed)There are great foods n drink just where this apartment located. 15mins walk to busy area Huaqiangbei electronic city. Recommend foods n drink as pictures posted.

It is a great location. but the smell of cigerret are heavily from the air conditioner. It need to change the new filter and.clean the air con. And the worst.part.is that aircon.is right on top.of.the bed. Sometime the drip from aircon flow dropped.on my face and is realy bothered my sleep. TV streaming not free you have to pay for it. And it can not mirracast or bluetooth for headphone. Cos the sound proof is just ok but rather.not being rude for watching tv at midnight. is why i preferred bluerooth connectivity enable. The area are surrounded many restaurants and shops.

It's strange that we were provided with electric stoves but not cooking utensil, cuterly, or even coffee mugs! Otherwise, the room was spacious n comfortable.

Facilities: The facilities are excellent and well-equipped. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Great, great! Service: The service was exceptionally good! The hotel was really thoughtful; they even gave us a small red envelope for Chinese New Year, which added to the festive atmosphere. The hotel's environment is also great. Right downstairs is a mall with bubble tea, pizza, and various restaurants, which is super convenient. It's also just a 10-minute walk to Huaqiangbei!

The three beds were all very large, easily accommodating six people. However, the bathroom was tiny, and only the one on the second floor had a shower. The location was excellent, right above a subway station with plenty of dining options nearby. But since we stayed on a Friday, the price was quite expensive.

Our room was on the same floor as the reception (9th floor). We were able to easily pick up delivered packages, request for more towels and more water bottles. The room had 1.5 bathrooms , a large dining table, large sofa, large fridge, 1 king sized bed and a double sized bed. It was right outside Yinnan subway stop. And a traffic light away from a Walmart and Hippo grocery store. Convenient and comfortable.. we would come again.

We rented 2 units, for accommodating a family of 4 and a family of 5 for a weekend stay and this was adequate. The beds were big and the place was clean. However, it is a renovated commercial building with several adjacent units privately owned and occupied by families. It even had a cooking hob (but no pots and cooking utensils) and air conditioning was fully functional. It had free Wi-fi which I didn't use because we already had data roaming from our home phone service provider. The toilet flush was sporadic and the shower unit leaked out over the adjacent toilet area. The SZ metro was less than a minute away and places like Huaqiangbei and places on the number 1 green line were very easily accessible. This was a budget choice in the 2 star range and represents excellent value if you're only looking for a place to sleep whilst exploring Shenzhen.
