Facilities: The facilities are excellent and well-equipped. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Great, great! Service: The service was exceptionally good! I couldn't figure out the air conditioning, and they patiently helped me adjust it. Then I lost a ring, and after I told the front desk, they kept looking for it for me. They found it after two days! Highly, highly recommend!

The hotel was really thoughtful; they even gave us a small red envelope for Chinese New Year, which added to the festive atmosphere. The hotel's environment is also great. Right downstairs is a mall with bubble tea, pizza, and various restaurants, which is super convenient. It's also just a 10-minute walk to Huaqiangbei!

We had a great stay at this apartment in Shenzhen. The location is excellent, surrounded by many restaurants and food options. The room was very comfortable and felt like home. Our children loved the apartment, and the upstairs sleeping area helped keep everything organized. The room was cleaned daily and always well maintained. The reception staff were very friendly, kindly accepted our packages before arrival, and also allowed us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Shenzhen. Thank you!

Great location for travel, the metro station just under the hotel. Really value for money.

Everything is good. The hotel is right next to a metro station so it is very convenient. Shower heater was working well. But bathroom door is translucent, so do take note.

We arrived about 30 mins before check in time and they allowed us to go into the unit as it was ready. So happy to step into the unit and found the entire unit was just being cleaned. They provided rubber bathroom slippers, hotel one time wear slippers (quality not so good but they replenished daily), bath and face towel, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste; drinking water and kettle for boiling water; tissue and toilet paper. We WeChat them daily before 12 noon daily and their services were fast to replenish, housekeeping and throwing of rubbish. We did not have any trouble with their services throughout our 5 days stay. The tap to the washing machine was leaking. We informed them and they changed a new tap that very day. There is a toilet with basin for washing downstairs. Bathroom with shower is only available upstairs. Location: it was above a small shopping center that has Hema supermarket, restaurants like Dian Du De, Lao Wan Hui, Naixue, McDonald’s, dessert shop etc.. There is a street full of restaurants if you come out from Yannan exit C (with escalator). Yannan Exit A which is right in front of the apartment has no escalator but 75-76 steps of flights to walk up-this will inconvenient for people with walking issues but it was ok for us. Line 1 Science Museum is about 7-8 mins walk away is 2 stations to Laojie. 15 mins walk to Huaqiangbei. Didi can be picked up in front of McD downstairs. We were able to order ******* food delivery with no issue and saw packages ordered from Taobao at the receptionist on level 9. Checked in and out was a breeze. We stayed at level 8 and there were no issue with sound. Overall very happy with our stay. Will stay again if there is no elderly with walking issues.

Everything was lovely aside from the wifi which was not even enough to make simple google searches.

The service provided by the hotel was great. The room was as per listing and nothing much to complain about. The hotel is situated above a mall and metro is very near. There isn’t any issues during rush hours where you dont have to fight for the lift to go to your level. The staffs are all very friendly and willing to assist me in my requests, like when i feedback that the aircon was dusty, the staff came over awhile later to help clean it.

Cleanliness: Maintenance is decent—everything was tidy enough for a comfortable stay. Location & Transit: This is the biggest selling point. You are perfectly positioned near Huaqiangbei and have incredible access to the metro: Line 2 (Yannan Road) is just a short walk away. Line 1 & Line 6 (Science Museum Station) are also very close, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. Dining: You won't go hungry here. There are plenty of eating options right at the base of the building and in the immediate surrounding blocks. Overall: A functional, well-located choice if you prioritize transit and food over a large living space.
