I can see why this hotel is so frequently praised; it was a reliable and comfortable choice for my trip. Facilities & Smart Solutions The hotel's facilities were consistently excellent. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. I was particularly impressed with the high-quality bedding, which was incredibly soft and made for a great night's sleep. The on-site laundry room and gym were also very convenient, especially for my longer stay. Another great feature was the "book bar" in the lobby, which provided a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere to unwind in. Staff and Service The service at this hotel was a standout. The staff at the front desk and room service were warm, friendly, and highly efficient. They were always professional and willing to assist with any of my requests. For example, when I needed a recommendation for a place to eat, they were quick to provide a few great options. I was also impressed by the small touches, like the late-night porridge service, which was a big hit with guests. The apartment building's room isn't worth the price; I'd rather stay in a nearby apartment. The experience was terrible.

The hotel had poor cell phone signal and no Wi-Fi signal. The shower water pressure was low and not hot. The hotel was completely overpriced. There was even cigarette ash left by the previous guest in the mouthwash cup.

The surroundings are quieter, the room is big enough, the bathroom could be a little cleaner would be better.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the environment was very nice and quiet.

This is my third booking, and I'm almost at my breaking point. That's a common problem with Atour; prices keep rising. The room and facilities are fine, the only issue is the lack of restaurants, entertainment, and other amenities nearby.

The location is rather remote, the rooms are small, and there is road construction outside.

The overall sound insulation is okay, but the sound of walking upstairs is more obvious The hygiene is not good, there are stains in the pool, and there are a lot of black flocs on the quilt. There are not many channels available on TV When I open the door and enter the house, the door handle won't reset. It's really bad. I took a video but can only upload pictures. The service attitude of the staff is good, and the canteen is also decorated for the Lantern Festival

The room was fairly clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. There are many restaurants around the hotel, but the only downside is that it's a bit remote, so taking a taxi would be more convenient. Overall, it's a pretty good hotel.
