Big shoutout to Katie for her professionalism—her smiley service makes you feel wonderful. The room is spotless like new, with daily cleaning and replenishment of supplies. The environment is quiet and peaceful, and the floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the bustling Huaqiangbei. The whole place has smart controls—you can adjust the lights and air conditioning with just your voice, and the tech vibes are amazing. Everyone who's stayed says it's great! Highly recommend.

Very prominent location, close to the electronic market. Non-smoking hotel. Best for business travellers.

Breakfast was quite delicious and very abundant the room was on a high floor with a great view the cleaning was very clean and tidy the service at the front desk sasa was very thoughtful and considerate the facilities and equipment were very complete unwell-maintained the room was particularly large and the view was really beautiful I will definitely come again if given the chance. the environment was also very nice there are many restaurants nearby

What a fantastic hotel, from the vast room size to the very convenient location which is close to many restaurants and shops. It is only a short walk to the famous electronic markets and malls. The breakfast was a great start to the day and included Chinese and western dishes. The hotel had a gym and a laundry which was most useful when you are on holiday. The hotel was amazing and I would stay here again and highly recomend to any traveler to Shenzhen. I have to give great credit to Katie who gave such a warm welcome at check in. I left my luggage on the train and she helped me to recover this. I know she stayed way past her working hours to ensure I retrieved my bag. Her communications was calming and she spoke in English and through a translation app. She gave me her WeChat and kept me informed and dealt with any issues I had in a timely manner. She is a fantastic person and a great ambassador to the Hampton by Hilton hotel. We will always be grateful for her help and service.
