Don't hesitate, this is the place! Before my trip, I compared many hotels on Ctrip and decided to try Atour Hotel, as I'd always stayed at Ji Hotel before. However, this year I noticed Ji Hotel's standards had dropped significantly across the board. So, I thought I'd give Atour a shot. I was staying in Shenzhen for five days, so I booked two nights first, thinking I could switch if it wasn't good. But after just one night, I immediately extended my stay. First, it's incredibly quiet. Even with the window open, there's no noise. I'm very sensitive to noise, but here I didn't feel like I was in the city center at all. I slept soundly until I woke up naturally, and there was no noise from the corridor either. Second, the transportation is super convenient. It's literally ten seconds to the subway entrance, so you can easily go anywhere. Third, my partner needed a large dressing mirror, and this room had one, which was very convenient for trying on clothes every morning. Fourth, the food was good. Although the breakfast didn't have a huge variety, it tasted great and was very hygienic. Fifth, the pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable. I've stayed in many five-star hotels where what they claim and what you actually experience are completely different, and often uncomfortable. This Atour hotel, however, was genuinely comfortable, like sleeping on my own bed, duvet, and pillows at home. Sixth, the air conditioning is the most praiseworthy feature among all the hotels I've stayed in. The airflow can be adjusted from strong to weak, with no noise. The temperature I set matched the display, and I slept perfectly, neither too cold nor too hot. Unlike some hotels where the AC blows directly on you, freezing you, with no way to adjust the temperature. I won't go into other details. I thought hard for a long time, and I really can't find any significant downsides. If I had to pick one, it's that my room only had a reading light on one side, not both. Overall, the price is also reasonable. It's a comfortable stay, and it's not easy to find such a good hotel at this price during a holiday.

I stayed here during the National Day holiday. It's super convenient, right at the exit of Metro Line 3 from Shenzhen North Station. It's also really close to Citizen Center, the Urban Planning Exhibition Hall, the Library, and Lianhua Mountain Park, making it easy to walk around and explore without needing a taxi or more metro rides. The decor is upscale, and the room was clean. Even though my executive room faced the road, it was surprisingly quiet – I couldn't hear any car noise. Getting around by metro was a breeze; you can transfer to anywhere you need to go. After checking out, I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel and pick it up later in the evening. Even though I'd checked out, the hotel staff treated me just as well. I rested for a bit on the first floor in the afternoon, played some Go, and when I left, the front desk even gave me two bottles of mineral water. Great service!

Elegant environment, attentive service, comfortable bedding, and a rich breakfast – an excellent stay, I'll definitely come again! They even helped warm up food in the morning and brought it to the room, which was very thoughtful! Parking is convenient, and they always kindly ask if I'd like a bottle of water when I leave, which is a lovely touch!

Conveniently located right at Linhua Village subway station. The hotel is clean, and the late-night congee delivery was a thoughtful touch. The bedding was comfortable, and you can even purchase extra amenities like travel foot bath tubs, which was very relaxing.

The environment is great, and the soundproofing is excellent. All the toiletries like towels and bathrobes come in sealed packaging. Plus, the front desk lady was super enthusiastic and pretty much granted every request. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Shenzhen! 👍🏻

Front desk receptionist were very accommodating and helpful with my queries. They would gladly assist with my taobao parcels. I had issues with ******* delivery and they helped me with the process. Food deliveries were sent up by a robot. Since my weixin app was not working, they managed to book a ticket for the Natural History Museum using their phone. The dining staff are very prompt and attentive when clearing out tables and refilling dishes during breakfast. Noodles and wonton soup were made upon ordering apart from the various selection at buffet . The room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping would stock our munu fridge with bottled water, bottled tea and canned sodas. Fresh towels and robes every day. Incase you would need to use the laundry, the housekeeping staff were hands on in handling the wash, dry and folding. Laundry bag would be hung on the door knob once done. (This is part of their service without any extra charge which I find very helpful) The hotel's location was very ideal as the station is just outside of the building. Museums and Parks were also within walking distance. All in all, would recommend Atour Hotel Futian CBD Civic Center.

The room facilities were complete and comfortable, and the room was clean and hygienic. The TV was large, and the gym was decent.

Pretty good, I stay here often. The location is very convenient, right by the subway station, making it easy to get to the airport, high-speed rail station, and border crossings. The facilities and service are also good, convenient for business travel.

Very convenient location, especially for getting around by metro. The service was excellent as well — the staff were incredibly helpful with everything from laundry to parcel collection. It made the whole stay very easy and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! Atour is getting better and better! The best part is that Atour rooms have windows that can be opened, so you can air out the room without using the air conditioning, and there's no musty smell. Many thoughtful improvements: towels, bath towels, and bathrobes are all individually packaged. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are packaged separately to avoid waste. Toothbrushes and slippers come in different colors, making them easy to distinguish. The bathroom even thoughtfully provides disinfectant wipes and toilet seat covers. All the disposable paper cups in the room also have a 'sanitized' sticker. The breakfast was also good. The service was excellent as always!

The room was clean and tidy. The front desk service was very attentive. After checking in, I felt I needed more space, so I paid the difference to upgrade to a Jimu King room, which had a better view and was larger. The breakfast was delicious, and the nearby transportation was convenient, with plenty of dining options. Deliveries could be brought to the room by a robot. This time, I tried the Atour laundry service, and it was excellent! My clothes came back fragrant after washing and drying, and the service was super efficient. They even folded them and hung them in a bag on my door. I felt so happy!

Came with my family, and the hotel stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and they issued the invoice quickly and efficiently.
