住了兩天，從進門開始酒店給我的感覺就非常不錯，辦入住的前台彭先生服務態度好，禮賓Loki也熱情的幫忙送行李，後續的服務響應得也很快，給酒店和酒店員工點贊，房間裝修風格的話個人很喜歡，衞生也不錯，住着還蠻舒服的

第一次入住這家新開的艾美酒店，第一感受就是裝修非常驚艷，到門口的時候有行李生主動幫忙拿行李，上到6樓大堂辦入住，前台彭先生服務非常好，熱情周到，Carey大美女也幫忙指引和介紹，房間感覺很温馨，很舒適，5樓的泳池和健身房聽説剛開，體驗了一下，器材很齊全，酒店的自助餐也不錯，很有性價比，總體來説超出了心理預期，收藏了，下次來深圳再住！

酒店距離機場和灣區摩天輪很近，交通方便，整個酒店裝修屬於法式風格，拍照很出片，5樓的健身房和泳池也開放了，這次去體驗了一下，設備非常齊全，鍛鍊完去西餐廳吃個自助餐，餐廳環境跟整個酒店一樣讓人感覺很舒服，服務也不錯，
酒店房間也很不錯，房間裏面有浴缸，衞生打掃得也很細緻，床品睡得也非常舒服，服務員也挺有禮貌。
最後不得不提一下酒店前台的服務，給我辦入住的前台Victor，非常周到，全程笑容滿面，讓人有種賓至如歸的體驗，各方面介紹得也很詳細，總之住得安逸，還會再去入住！

很差非常差，住過最差的酒店沒有之一，客房服務電話是打不通的，工作人員衹會推卸責任，我們13：06分到的外賣13：40都沒送上來，最後通過攜程給他們打電話還要我們自己去拿。原計劃14點要出門，我們今天要趕飛機，選此酒店也是因為離機場較近，不建議大家入住。真的差到了極點，我的行李箱有29寸很重，放不上後備箱行李員就在旁邊看着，沒有想幫忙的意思，其酒店位置網約車司機也多次找不到！！！！！説到底他們的服務比3星酒店都差，是我見過最差的，可以的話我衹想打零分！如此服務態度希望大家預訂時謹慎選擇切勿踩坑

1.打總機和前台，直到機械聲音響起無人接聽，三遍，又用手機打三遍，才接，給的理由就是：人手短缺！！！人手短缺是你酒店的問題，跟客人有什麼關係呢？
2.房間有蚊子，告訴蚊香採購沒到，言外之意就是挺着！五星級酒店，還不如全季這類酒店，然後撒謊不動腦子嗎？2月1日開業，你告訴我蚊香採購沒到？沒到開什麼業，而且如果採購怎麼可能採購沒到呢？
3.投訴要求前廳部經理給個説法，很晚打電話跟我也就是表示理解我的心情，對不起之類的，然後我讓他晚點再聯繫我，就再也沒有任何動靜了
4.我都入住了，然後客房過來要查房！！！房間沒準備好，賣什麼呢？？
