The apartment's location was a pleasant surprise! It's super convenient for metro access, right next to the Joy City shopping mall, so daily shopping and entertainment are a breeze. The location of hotel is very center and convenient for dining and shopping, right next to metro station. Staffs are very helpful from pre check-in onwards. The property is actually located in a residential building, therefore there's no proper lobby or what so ever facility. The lifts are shared among outsider and residence. I would say that security is not perfect. The unit's interior is not as good as shown in the pictures from trip.com. Our double bed is placed right next to the sliding door to balcony. Washing machine provided at the balcony, I need to walk across the bed in order to have access to the balcony for laundry. Mini kitchen has no crockery available, 2 mugs without teaspoon. The shower room has no shower curtain, can't avoid to wet the toilet bowl when shower. Toilet floor is wet after shower, disgusting for the next user. Hope the management will rectify the problem ASAP.
