My experience on this trip has been truly terrible and incredibly frustrating! On the way here, while transferring at the subway station, I pulled out my phone to check directions, but it slipped right out of my hand and hit the ground with a sickening crack. The screen shattered, and the touchscreen barely responded. I immediately started looking for nearby repair shops, but after visiting three, they all told me they didn't have the necessary parts and couldn't fix it until tomorrow. Now I can barely scan QR codes for payments or even check navigation. I was absolutely seething and had nowhere to vent my frustration, so when I checked in, I ended up taking it out on the two young front desk attendants. To their credit, they remained calm and patiently tried to de-escalate the situation. Once I got into the room, I found it surprisingly good – it even had a washing machine, complete with laundry detergent! I'd brought three changes of clothes on this trip, all sweaty and dusty T-shirts and shorts, and I'd been dreading having to hand-wash them when I got home. But here, I just tossed them in and pressed a button. After the cycle, I hung them by the bay window, and they were fresh and dry by the next morning, ready to wear. That feature genuinely impressed me. The room also came with a fridge, which was a lifesaver. I'd bought a few cans of iced Coke and yogurt from the supermarket/convenience store downstairs yesterday. Popping them in the fridge meant I could come back after a day out and enjoy a wonderfully refreshing drink. The individual air conditioning unit was fantastic too. I'm a light sleeper and sensitive to noise, so I set it to a 'breeze' mode, and it was completely silent. I had a really peaceful night's sleep. Stepping out is incredibly convenient. Just a few minutes' walk takes you to the first commercial area, which has a large supermarket – perfect for grabbing snacks or drinks. A little further, and you're in the second commercial area, packed with street food stalls: Mala Tang, skewers, bubble tea shops... I was actually planning to try some tonight. And the transportation? Unbeatable. There are several subway entrances nearby, including Line 2, all within a short, convenient walk – the furthest is only about seven or eight minutes away. Heading to attractions is a breeze via the subway. If you prefer not to deal with crowds, you can hail a ride right outside the hotel, and a driver usually picks up the request within a minute or two. Plus, there's a bus stop right at the corner, making it easy to get anywhere. Honestly, given all these great amenities, I really should be leaving a glowing review. But today, my luck has been absolutely terrible! It's just so frustrating knowing I'll have to shell out hundreds more for phone repairs.

It was very very troublesome to find the hotel .actually it's not a hotel because it looks like service apartment ...ya it's a service apartment.the hotel name stated in trip.com and the actual hotel name is not same and surprisingly there is no signage board of the hotel name on the building .it's actually a service apartment shared by few management to run as hotel. I'm totally disappointed while finding the so called hotel .Our didi driver helped us actually to find it after so many struggles.definitely not coming again here

Objectively speaking, the hotel's facilities were truly impeccable, leaving nothing to be desired and fully meeting all my expectations for a travel stay. I was pleasantly surprised upon entering the room to find a washing machine, complete with laundry detergent. This was perfect for washing the clothes I'd accumulated during my travels over the past few days, saving me the hassle of handwashing. The room also featured a mini-fridge, spacious enough for a few chilled drinks and local specialty fruits I'd bought, which were incredibly refreshing to grab for a drink at night. The independent air conditioning offered flexible temperature control, unlike some hotels where it's either too hot or too cold. I set it to 24℃ and slept soundly all night, undisturbed by stuffiness or cold drafts. The hotel's location was another major plus. A mere 6-7 minute walk to the left led me to the first commercial area, complete with chain restaurants, supermarkets, and clothing stores, making daily dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Another commercial hub, known for local snacks and artisan shops, was about a 15-minute walk further left, or even quicker by subway; I had planned to explore it if time allowed. Transportation was also remarkably hassle-free. There are stations for three different subway lines, all within an 8-minute walk, offering superb convenience for reaching tourist attractions or the city center. For taxis, one would typically arrive within 2-3 minutes of calling from the hotel entrance, and a bus stop was conveniently located right at the corner, providing an abundance of travel choices. However, despite the excellent hotel conditions, they couldn't entirely offset the awful experience I had on my journey. My trip started with a massive traffic jam on the highway, turning what should have been a 1-hour drive into 2 hours. By the time I reached the high-speed train station, boarding for my booked train had already closed. I had to rebook at the ticket counter, only to find the next available train was another 2 hours away. Standing in the crowded waiting hall, surrounded by throngs of people, I felt increasingly anxious and annoyed. Finally, when I managed to board the high-speed train and arrived at the station, I had to drag my heavy luggage to the hotel. After all that hassle and traveling, my entire body ached with fatigue; I could barely lift my arms. Upon reaching the comfortable room, I found I had absolutely no enthusiasm. My mind was consumed by the tiresome journey and lost time, and a build-up of negative emotions made it impossible for me to give a positive review. My mood was genuinely terrible.

Friendly staff, good location (not too far from the metro station line 1), many street restaurant nearby (and they open very late, I can even get a hot noodle at midnight). The hotel accepts late check out (at 14:00) for free. The only thing I didn't like was that while I was staying in the hotel, the room next door was having repairs and it was very noisy in the morning. But it’s not the hotel’s fault so in general, my familly really enjoy the trip. Recommended !

Conveniently located near the metro 10-minute walk. Price could be cheaper, The Same building is offered by another company at a lesser cost. Service and attitude could be better.

My best friend and I had been looking forward to this trip to Shenzhen for a while, especially since I finally managed to get some time off. I was full of anticipation for this charming city, but unfortunately, our journey here completely dampened my spirits. Thankfully, the hotel itself was quite good. When we arrived in Shenzhen, the weather wasn't on our side; it was drizzling. This made getting around incredibly inconvenient. It took us a full half-hour just to hail a taxi – we refreshed the app countless times with no luck. Finally, when a driver accepted, we thought we were set. But since I'm not familiar with Shenzhen's routes, and the driver seemed to take a detour, plus the rain caused heavy traffic, the ride to the hotel was quite an ordeal. After all that hassle, we finally reached the hotel. Since we didn't have umbrellas, we were stuck in the car. Left with no choice, I called the front desk, hoping they could send someone down to help us. The staff member readily agreed, which made me feel a little better. However, the driver kept urging us to get out quickly, claiming he'd be fined for stopping. Just as I was about to step out, the front desk staff arrived right on time, saving me from getting drenched. This immediately gave me a fantastic impression of their service. When we got to the front desk, they even had a warm cup of water waiting for me – so thoughtful! During check-in, the front desk attendant, concerned I might catch a cold, quickly processed everything. Once in the room, I was relieved to find excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water, allowing me to take a good, warm shower and prevent a cold. Over the past couple of days, perhaps due to a typhoon in Shenzhen, the weather has been extremely unpredictable. It would often be bright and sunny when we headed out, only for a downpour to start moments later, catching us completely off guard without umbrellas. On days we did consider bringing one, it felt like a waste, so we didn't bother. This meant a lot of our outdoor plans were constantly delayed as we waited for the rain to clear. We had booked a room with a view. The front desk attendant kindly explained that these rooms come with either a floor-to-ceiling window or a bay window, and we had specifically requested one with a floor-to-ceiling window. The view from our room was indeed quite lovely, the service was consistently good, and all the facilities were well-maintained and comprehensive. The only minor drawback was the continuous rain lately, which somewhat impacted our sightseeing plans. Other than that, everything was excellent. Even though our trip to Shenzhen began with a frustrating journey, the hotel's exceptional and considerate service truly made this a memorable and pleasant stay. I would definitely choose to visit Shenzhen again!

Apartment was located at behind of " 龍園創展大廈”. Attached photo for easy search for the apartment. Overall stay is good. Front desk is located at 5th Floor, good service, aLL staff is very polite.

The location is amazing. The amenities are good, with washing machine, laundry detergent, a large projector. There are so many restaurants, malls, and scenic building in the area. It’s a good hotel to stay in the city.

Big room, amazing view, and clean place

Was a little tricky to find, but once there I was checked in quickly and went to my room on 31st floor, which wasn’t made up but only waited 5mins. Had some issues with mobile phone connecting to wifi so was kindly taken to China Mobile & Apple Store to fix the problem which I was grateful for. While the room was a bit dated, everything advertised was there and working including washing machine & projection tv. The room servicing was good and overall communication outstanding. I accidentally took the tv remote with me to HK but sent it back as soon as I discovered I had it. In summary, I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel for any solo traveller or couple in Shenzhen on a budget

The location is very close to dongmen pedestrian street but the hotel is hard to find. The hotel names on trip.com booking also does not match with the hotel itself. But the room was nice and clean. The most impressive part was the AV system. We had a great time watching movies on the projector system.
