Shenzhen Nanshan Science Park high-tech Central ATOURS Hotel

My overall experience at Atour S Hotel Shenzhen High-Tech Park was fantastic! I had originally booked a Superior King Room, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even proactively upgraded my room for free during check-in, which was a lovely surprise. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the amenities like the mini-fridge, screen-casting TV, and yoga mat were all very practical – excellent attention to detail, making for a very comfortable stay. The only minor drawback was that the soundproofing in the room could be slightly better; I could occasionally hear some faint noises from outside late at night, but it didn't significantly disrupt my sleep. Overall, this was a minor issue that didn't detract from the experience. The hotel's excellent facilities and warm service were still very satisfying. It offers great value for money, was a pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend it!

I came to Shenzhen for a stand-up comedy show and chose a hotel in the Nanshan district, close to the theater. I stumbled upon this place and was surprised to see it had only glowing reviews. Out of curiosity, I booked it, and my stay was fantastic! First off, it was immaculately clean, far exceeding my expectations. As someone with a bit of a cleanliness obsession, I usually re-clean hotel rooms myself, but here, there wasn't a speck of dirt. Secondly, the room layout was incredibly well-designed, even coming with a yoga mat and pillow. The light switches were also super convenient – unlike some hotels where you can never find the right one. Thirdly, the service was excellent. Every front desk staff member was warm and attentive. Because of my neck issues, I couldn't use the pillows provided in the room, so they graciously gave me a children's pillow from their display cabinet, which totally saved my sleep! I had initially booked for two nights, but my plans changed, and I wanted to extend my stay in the same room. The front desk staff patiently helped us navigate the booking on my phone and even found some discount coupons, saving us money. All in all, it was a truly memorable experience. I'll definitely choose an Atour hotel again next time.

The room was spacious, and the toiletries were from Le Labo, which smelled amazing. I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance! Plus, there are lots of great food options nearby, so ordering takeout was super convenient. Highly recommend.

They have late-night snacks, and the breakfast buffet was better than most hotels. There's a dedicated workspace, and they offered tea as soon as I walked in. Given Shenzhen's weather, I downed two big cups of water immediately. The service was truly thoughtful and attentive.
