Qiuguo S Hotel (Shenzhen Science and Technology Park Nantou Ancient City)

I was very satisfied with my room. There's a free washing machine and dryer on the second floor, which is a great bonus. The facilities here are really good, with robots delivering food. The two cats in the lobby are incredibly cute, and the environment is lovely and elegant. Plus, it's super close to Nantou Ancient City.

The room was great, and since I'm in Hong Kong, I can pop by anytime. I frequently stay here. The hotel lobby has two adorable kittens, and the front desk service is very welcoming. I'll definitely be back next time. I particularly love the Qiu Guo 'warm-heart' package, and it's great that a robot delivers the food, making it feel very secure.

The hotel environment was quiet and comfortable, and the public areas were well-maintained and tidy. The in-room facilities were in perfect working order and easy to use. The front desk staff provided excellent service.

I was on a business trip to Nanshan and randomly picked this hotel, which turned out to be quite good. The facilities are excellent and very comprehensive, with robots delivering food, and a self-service gym and laundry room. Transportation in the area is super convenient, being very close to the subway station. The service and environment are also great, and the room was very clean with no hair or foreign objects.

I was immediately charmed by the lobby cat during check-in, and my stay was just as delightful. The room was clean and refreshing. The environment was quiet and relaxing, making it convenient to explore the ancient city. The service staff were friendly, and I enjoyed both afternoon tea and late-night snacks. The amenities were great too, with voice-controlled Xiao Du in the room, robot delivery for meals, self-service laundry and drying, a gym, and a fantastic selection of Chinese and Western breakfast options.

The room's cleanliness was exceptional; every corner was spotless, with no dust or odd smells, which made for a very comfortable stay. The hygiene standards exceeded my expectations, the bathroom had no unpleasant odors, and the towels were dry and clean. Walking into the room, the first impression was very pleasant—clean, tidy, and a great atmosphere.

The room is well-equipped, and the location is super convenient. Just a few minutes walk across the road brings you to Nantou Ancient City metro station. The water and drinks in the room are complimentary. The hotel also has two adorable cats! I really love this hotel. If you order takeout, just put your room number and a robot will deliver it directly to your room.

Cleanliness: It's clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, the air conditioning is cool, and the Xiao Du smart speaker is quite intelligent. Environment: The environment has a retro feel, and there are two very cute kittens at the front desk. Service: The service is excellent, and all the details are handled very well. I've stayed here many times and highly recommend it! It's close to the subway station and Nantou Ancient City, which are great for exploring.

The robot delivery service was a huge plus, especially on a rainy day – no need to get wet picking up food. The room was clean and fresh, and the bathroom had a great dry/wet separation. The hotel's location is peaceful, away from traffic noise, yet still within walking distance to Nantou Ancient City. For services, afternoon tea was available anytime, and the late-night snack was perfect for unwinding. As for facilities, there's a voice-controlled smart assistant in every room, a self-service laundry with washing and drying machines, a gym, and a complete breakfast selection of both Chinese and Western options.
